From start to finish, dawson answered all my questions. I switched to another carrier in May this year and switched back to verizon today. He was very helpful in selling me a new phone and explaining the options and services available.

Mike at this store is FANTASTIC! My 2 year old accidentally broke my phone screen 2 days before Thanksgiving. My phone is a special order phone, so they didn't have it in stock, but Mike was SUPER helpful with helping me get a new phone before we leave for our cruise! I was worried w/them being closed on Thanksgiving & Black Friday being super busy, that I wouldn't get a new phone in time; but I did! I'm in Talent Acquisition, so I hire people for a living. The customer service & care Mike showed me was top notch. He was even assisting another customer on the phone & promptly took care of their issue as well. Thank you for the superb service, Mike!

Darrin was extremely helpful. We came on a Sunday, and he happened to be by himself, but you couldn't even tell you weren't his first priority with the way he multi-tasked all three of his customers. Only good things to say about this man! We will be back just because of him!

Good technicians with lots of knowledge about all brands of cell phones. This is a corporate store, not a franchise store...use corporate stores, as not enough knowledge at franchise stores.

I can't say enough good things about the Victra Verizon Store in Tarpon Springs, FL; especially of Chad, who spent the better part of 2 days helping me make choices on plan changes, and completing a phone upgrade that brought a number of challenges. Chad remained patient, and determined, to get me taken care of and ultimately leaving with the phone I wanted, and the plan that worked best for me. He spent hours completing the phone transfer, and stayed up front and transparent each step along the way. He worked hard to get headquarter's tech support to address a system issue. A special shoutout to reps Casey and Darrin who also assisted during the 2 days of work for which ultimately allowed me to purchase the phone I wanted most, with everything transferred appropriately. Darrin had the special touch on the idea for the final activation piece. Overall, a challenging transaction made pleasant by the reps who worked their magic and kept me informed every step of the way.

Walked into this Verizon store this afternoon there was one young woman working. I stood there for several minutes before she even acknowledged I was there Then she said how can I help you I explained my dilemma her reply was "Have a seat, I don't like anyone looking at me.... I left .... How rude was she

You need more workers- too long to wait for help. Multiple people walked out disappointed they couldn't get service. I got my help, but others didn't. Casie and the other guy did their very best to help everyone but there were more people walking in then could be handled for only two people.

I was Mislead and was charged for an Apple Watch series 8 I went into this store Victra Verizon on Tarpon Avenue in Tarpon Springs ~hoping to take a look at the watch and see how it would look on my wrist. It was not available to look at so the representative (Casie)said she would order it for me to preview *I did not approve of a purchase, and this representative proceeded to charge my account with all the bells and whistles for an iPhone watch series 8 . She had indicated to me that it was being sent to the store so I could look at it * I really wanted to see it immediately, so I went down to the Palm Harbor Harbor Verizon where they indicated that it was on the bill And being delivered to my house* from there ….I spent hours - hours !!!!trying to clarify this. I am not even quite sure it has been resolved however, I have not received in the mail…..I am never purchasing an iPad -i phone -watch from this Tarponsprings independent vendor**Update to this review ~I was charged for this watch as well as services for GPS and now have Needed to place fraud cases, pending with my bank *Victra corporate office, *as well as Verizon. This has been a grueling experience and it’s still not over.
