“I was hesitant to go in and start the process of getting a new phone. However, I can't believe how welcomed I felt and how amazing the service I received there was. I believe Miranda gave me the best customer service I have ever had at an ATT store. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this store location and will continue to do business here! Extremely helpful and friendly !!”

“The branch closest to me was swamped so I decided to drive to this one. I was a little hesitant due ti the reviews but they were actually super nice! Maybe it’s the morning shift, as I went at 10:30, but the employees were polite, knew the customers ahead of me by name, and were talking about thanksgiving plans. No issues here!”
