The best thing is that it is always easy to get an actual human being on the phone. I moved most all of my banking to USB because the big bank I used has closed most of their centers, closed the drive through in the one local center that remains and it impossible to get a real person on the phone. I'm very happy with USB”

Maybe it’s the morning shift, as I went at 10:30, but the employees were polite, knew the customers ahead of me by name, and were talking about thanksgiving plans. No issues here!”
