“We had to make an appointment to do some business and had to wait 33 mins after our appointment time because they had 1 teller at counter, 1 employee for sit down banking needs, and 1 for business banking. The business banking guy was not busy, and from a customer service aspect, should have tried to help us rather than make us wait way past appointment time. We even asked for his help and told us to just sit and wait and asked us if we were sure on our appointment time! It came pff condescending! The woman who finally took care of was very nice though once we finally got to sit down with her! The teller guy was super nice, but he had a long line to deal with and drive thru, all alone. He made it a point to offer us a lollipop after we were sitting down with banker and he was free, which was so kind. Its the little things...but business banking gentleman needs to learn improved customer service tactics when speaking to and dealing with customers...even if not business related. Everyone is the face of PNC.”

“Matthew was very helpful, personable, and professional when he was assisting me. I thought I was going to wait an hour until someone can help me with my situation in which I was fine with waiting. But Matthew was effectively strategic by finding another rep to take over his place so that I could receive his assistance quicker. It was unfortunate to hear that half the staff was sick, which is why service was slow. I could understand that. But for me, Matthew's service was above and beyond with customer service with just half of the staff being present at work. Excellent service!”
