“Matthew was very helpful, personable, and professional when he was assisting me. I thought I was going to wait an hour until someone can help me with my situation in which I was fine with waiting. But Matthew was effectively strategic by finding another rep to take over his place so that I could receive his assistance quicker. It was unfortunate to hear that half the staff was sick, which is why service was slow. I could understand that. But for me, Matthew's service was above and beyond with customer service with just half of the staff being present at work. Excellent service!”
