He also helped me find the lender to contact my gap insurance, helped to change my maiden name to my married name and submitted me for a recalculation for my monthly payments on my vehicle! “I first changed to MidFlorida Credit Union, as I was unhappy with my big bank, after some fraud charges on my business debit card, they happily canceled and issued a new card, and that card was compromised before I even received it....called to cancel it and moved my accounts. I had met Jeremiah Rivera in my networking group and his branch was right down the street. He personally switched all of my accounts and get me settled. When he was transferred from that branch, luckily the new branch was close enough!!! So today, my son, who also moved to MidFlorida, had a problem with his account. We went in to see Jeremiah, explained the problem and he took care of it. My son had been careless and not known charges were going to his bank account and not coming from his credit card with a money app. He woke up to an overdrawn account.
Jeremiah, then canceled his old debit card, had a new one issued and put some checks and balances and a 'stop loss' on it , and also put some checks and balances and set up some alerts on his bank account. Every experience I have had with Jeremiah and his fellow bankers has been excellent. If you are thinking of leaving your big bank and feel the need for more personal and caring assistance, you cannot go wrong with Jeremiah, who is currently at the Fowler Ave branch!!”

“I have been a member since 1996 and when it was Anheuser-Busch employee credit Union as soon as it turned two together. There's nobody in the office anymore except tellers the change in the times it's not open on the weekends anymore. It's gone downhill as far as ability to service their customers. The tellers are wonderful. They've always been wonderful but the business has gone downhill. I am. Sincerely thinking of changing after all these years which is going to be a pain, but it looks like this place to me is slowly closing its doors. There are only three tellers there. There's usually no manager and there are no more people in the loan appointment area. It's dark all the time”
