She also knows her field and is on the ball. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with her at Pilot Bank, soon to be Lk. Michigan credit Union. I live in winter Haven and will be doing some banking business with her in the future, regardless of the distance. Great, old-fashioned, hard to come by, superior and genuine, customer-service!
