“I want to thank Alan so much for his help today. I was initially assisted by another employee who seemed more concern about closing time then actually helping me. I did arrive about 15 minutes before closing. I'm usually very good about doing things early but today it got extremely busy and I didn't realize it was close to 5pm. My son and I worked all weekend to build a basketball hoop dedicated to my niece who passed away a year ago and I wanted to have her jersey number put into a sticker in memory for her.
