This location is always VERY busy. The staff has mis-scanned and mis-delivered items multiple times. The desk staff has been knowledgeable and polite, but it is never a fast visit.

Very nice lady at the front helped me. I accidentally sent the wrong package and she went out of her way to make sure I had it right. Made my day !

Alma at the register was the best! She helped me
a lot with a positive attitude. ( even though it was her time to leave, I came late to ship my packages, but Alma was still professional and very nice )
