The employee asked if it was for a $14 Priority Mail and I replied that the cost was about $9. Not sure why the employee/owner thought it would cost $14. The employee/owner told me I needed to visit a US Post Office so I went on my way after leaving a review to help others that may think they can easily mail via Priority Mail from this business”

Bobita is very kind and helpful and I've never had any problems, no matter how busy she is, she always stops to smile and greet me. Bobita is extraordinary And very quick and happy. She always apologizes for the wait, and makes eye contact and always makes sure my matter is best dealt with. She is thorough, friendly, helpful, kind and so sincere. She seems to LOVE helping people. We are SO very lucky to have her in our closest post office.”

“Been coming to this location which closes 7pm on weekdays for a while now vs the one on 14910 N. Dale Mabry which closes at 4pm daily. Apart from a smaller footprint, the 12651 N. Dale Mabry across from Lowes, this location is more convenient and the whole staff including Peggy & Ed is most helpful and patient and courteous. Keep up the good work & attitude especially around Christmas time.”

“I live downtown and have used this location several times to mail out small packages. No issues and usually pretty cheap with Media Mail. My packages get to recipients on the estimated delivery date. Just make sure to go in the middle of the day if you can to avoid waiting or being rushed.”

I spoke to a male worker before I had the package shipped there.I went into the post office to pick the pkg up and spoke with the post master, I believe. He was very nice and had no problem accepting the pkg and the pkg was delivered by UPS.”
