Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with at Wells Fargo. Will never be returning to this location ever again. Wait times are terrible, none of the employees have any idea what they’re talking about and the employees I spoke with don’t speak clear English.

Whats the point in having a phone number listed if no one picks it up when you ask to speak to a representative, i dont want to have to drive to the bank every time i have a question that can be answered over the phone
