Sham of a company DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Rented a vehicle paid in full only to be told they have no vehicle because contracts were extended. Tried to offer a lower class vehicle though I paid for a more expensive. Terrible service at this location and terrible customer service. Pay a few dollars more and go to enterprise down the street.

checked the car in 05/29/25 , car was inspected and my credit card was billed . on 06/17/25 received a letter from budget with an after the fact charge of six hundred and nine dollars for a chipped windshield . CAR WAS PEVIOUSLY INSPECTED AND DEEMED GOOD TO GO , so afterwards they charge . GO DOWN THE ROAD AND THERE IS A ENTERPRISE , THEY ARE FIRST CLASS . budget is not customer friendly and if you waive there insurance they will get it some other way .ps . i was notified by letter on 06/17/25 received the letter , the date on the letter was 06/06/25 giving me no time to dispute charges .

The man working at the rental desk in Tequesta is extremely rude and has no clue what customer service is.
He has no business working with the public.

I originally booked a 7 passenger vehicle through costco and Budget rental car. I called a couple of days before the trip and confirmed I would have a 4WD or AWD vehicle for the weekend. I was assured I was booked with a 4WD Jeep Grand Cherokee L. After arriving at Budget Rental Car in Denver I waited in line for over two hours with 6 family members, 2 of them young children, along with many other frustrated people. I'm sure your staff did everything in their power to accommodate all of the customers' needs, however when it was finally my turn to pick up my rental there were no 7 passenger 4WD/AWD vehicles available. I was left to choose between a pickup truck(only 5 seats) or a 2WD conversion van. After waiting for so long, I had to choose the vehicle that could fit everyone. Unfortunately the conversion van was unable to make it to our destination. I had to park it in a library parking lot, pay for ubers for everyone and parking fees for the weekend. After all of this I worked through budget and Costco. They offered me a 3 day rental as recompense. The service was horrible and not one single person returned a phone call or responded to me with anything but a prewritten response . Don't do business with such a a shitty company.

I waited 1 hour 25 minutes to rent a vehicle.@ PBI airport When I filled out the express pass online when I arrived told it eas filled out wrong and told to wait on long line. Then told to wait another 15 minutes for car to be washed and fueled. So instead of 11 a.m. rental, I got mine at 1:35 p.m. and got to my meeting late!

Horrendous experience!!!!!! Made a reservation and pre-paid to old the reservation for 9am and we took an Uber 40 minutes to pickup the SUV and they had no cars until 1pm they said . How does a business operate like this? They took a reservation and they took my prepaid money and then told me they have no car and couldn’t send me my money back for 5-7 business days. How do you take money to hold a reservation when you don’t have any cars to give the customer and then you won’t send my money back for 5-7 business days . TOTAL BS fraud company!!!!! Do not ever rent from this Company!!!!

We made a last minute (same day) rental through the website, and when we arrived, they didn't have the type of vehicle we reserved. I understand, as this is a neighborhood rental location and not an airport location. In spite of this, Noah was able to match us with a vehicle that met our needs. I was very satisfied with the experience and was grateful for Noah's help.

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with LJ at Budget car rental in Tequesta. He is usually based out of Stuart, Fl. He was filling in at the Tequesta location. He was professional, had excellent customer service skills and was very helpful. I was very satisfied with my experience with LJ. Thank you for a great experience!! Best of luck to you.

Made a reservation. Confirmed that morning but when I arrived they didn’t have any vehicles. What’s the point of making a reservation if they can’t honor it.
