Made a reservation. Confirmed that morning but when I arrived they didn’t have any vehicles. What’s the point of making a reservation if they can’t honor it.

Prepaid 30 day advance. They knew I was confirmed. I showed up at 9am for my suv rental. They had 0 cars. They had called me 15 minutes prior and asked that I come later they were waiting for a return. They expected 2 returns but neither was the suv class I prepaid for. They also had no idea when they would arrive.We went down the street and rented from another company with excellent service several options available and similar pricing for 15 minute, last minute renting. Avoid the people!!!!!

Employee/owner shows up 15 minutes late into 3 hour rental. Upon asking for a pro rated refund for the time now missed, employee/owner proceeds to say the truck is no longer available and doesn't want to do business with me. Things got loud, he proceeded to go into store and gave me the finger. Then, tried to charge me for a no show which Budget refunded me. Stay away! You stay classy, Jupiter Budget!

Customer service was extremely rude. My wife and I were dropping a vehicle off after a rental. I pulled into the main parking lot first with my personal truck. As soon as I parked I saw Budget rep throwing his hands up. My wife parked the rental in the overflow. The Rep (I believe it’s the owner) came out knocked on my window and rudely berated me about taking up the car space. When my wife walked up all he said is what’s the mileage. She said she wasn’t sure so he said well you need to walk back and get it since I parked in that spot. He then walked off mouthing off. I suggest staying away from this place in Tequesta, FL. Never had any issues with Budget until I visited this one.

At the BudgetRental Car desk at West Palm Beach airport--only one person working the counter and people have waited for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to pick up a car with a confirmed reservation

Bit far from my place but the staff was helpful. I made a mistake with the date and booked the car a week later than the date I wanted to book. They sorted out the problem for me and help me get the same deal.

RIPPED OFF by Budget - LAX. Car rental one week. Had to park in a dirt lot at Apartment location we visited. Returned car clean - except for a few crumbs of dirt (on the floor mats) that could easily be vacuumed out in about 1 minute upon return or shaken off the removable mats (see photos that THEY sent to ME to justify charge). Was charged a $250 cleaning fee!!! (you read that right - 75% of the entire car rental charge!). Called and complained - they lowered it to $125. STILL a rip off. Watch out for Budget - they will steal your money - OR - travel with a hand vac???

Dealing with this location is nothing short of painful! I rent cars often throughout the year for work and I can't recall an occasion when they've had the class of vehicle in stock that I requested even when I book 3-4 days in advance. But the worst part? Dealing with the staff- apparently training is non-existent at this location. Spoke with Dan today who was useless and that was the last straw; I'm out! There's a saying- "Treat people well and they'll tell a few people; treat them poorly and they'll let everyone know". Fortunately I was able to cancel my most recent reservation with Budget and rebook with Enterprise for half the cost and zero stress- I'll gladly drive to PBI to avoid the aggravation of dealing with this location going forward.

Leaving this review on behalf of my mother. She wanted to rent her a car and after Enterprise ruined her entire morning and left her in tears (which angered me to the fullest extent) she gave Budget a try, and what a good thing she did. Tom helped her this morning and was beyond gracious and professional. She said it was easy peasy, he was very kind and nice to her, and she was in and out in her rental within minutes. Also more affordable than Enterprise. Tom, thanks again for making this experience a good one for her. Highly recommend!!!

We reserved a truck over a month ago. The morning of our move, we received a phone call asking us if the time we needed the truck was still the same. Nothing had changed on our end, however the truck was not where it was supposed to be, for the time which we had reserved it. When the truck finally arrived nearly an hour behind schedule, I drove it home and attempted to pull out the ramp. Unfortunately, someone had attempted, extremely unsuccessfully, to weld an aluminum brace
