“This is an honest repair shop. They had the parts available to fix my daughter’s iPhone 12 Pro Max. I was also able to purchase a screen protector and a case for it from here. The screen was fixed in less than an hour, and he installed the screen protector for me too! I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at how quickly he was able to do the repair with the amount of customers coming in and out. Prices were more than fair, considering the overhead these small shops have to pay to stay open. I highly recommend this place for any of your iPhone repairs. It is extremely hard to find honest, hard working people these days that don’t over charge and under serve. This place is the real deal and I would use them again. Thank You”
“Michael, David, Jerome and Danny have been extremely kind to me today, although they were also kind last time when I was in helping me set up my iPad and also my new 17 E iPhone. You have a great crew at the store and everybody seems very happy to work here which is a great sign in this economy. Keep up the good work. I hope they get good. Bonuses at Christmas. Please don’t disappointment at least a week‘s pay would be really good. OK well thank you again. “Would definitely come back the staff was really nice just feel bad for the staff cause one customer was constantly calling and harassing them and throwing a fit and Lying to customer service about what transpired and having customer service harassed them while they were trying to help me and other customers Just because the guy gave the representative a wrong email to send the receipt to if they wrote a review here don’t listen. That guy was very rude and very nasty and very unpleasant. you should never treat someone that was just trying to help you like that He should never come back or learn to treat someone with people with respect”
