“I am a customer at this location and last Saturday I bought a gift card for my mom birthday. Unfortunately the gift card didn’t work anywhere and it came missing numbers. I tried to call vanilla gift card and no one was able to help. At cvs today the managers helped me and treated me very well. I would say it was a 5 star customer service and I would have her as my employee one day for sure. Very polite and helpful. Congratulations for your service. The two employees there that deserve this review are Nancy and Darniece Harp. Amazing Darniece!!!!! Thank you for solving my problem today. I appreciate you.”
