“I used Abacoa pharmacy for about a year and due to traveling work as a line man i was on storm duty for about 2 years. Had great conversations with the RPH and the Owner. Then i come back to stabilize and work local and they won’t fill my meds. I don’t get it they used to be so nice and accommodating and I could even call them on the phone never felt rushed but now it’s like where did the love go?”

“Today was my first time using Jupiter Drug’s pharmacy. I have been hesitant bc of some of the negative reviews.
I am glad that l overlooked the few negative reviews, because l found the people here to be friendly , professional and knowledgeable.
I stopped at JD bc Wallgreens didn’t have my medication in stock and said that it might be a couple of days until it was available. I then drove over to Jupiter Pharmacy/ Drugs and they had the inhaler in stock .
Stephon ( who works behind the counter ) was fantastic and called Walgreens to ask them to cancel their order so that they/JD could process it, 15 min later l walked out with my prescription and also with my regular prescriptions being transferred over, bc Stephon was so helpful and knowledgeable. ( I noticed that he called the man behind me by name and asked him how he was) . This is a small , hometown pharmacy and everyone seemed caring and competent. l would rather bring my business to a privately owned pharmacy and support small businesses.”

“Even though the staff has a lot to do, they take their time making sure that everything is correct and understood. They actually care how you’re doing. They have a convenient drive through, have never been out of my medicine, and if you go inside, the clearance rack is right there. I also found out today that you can request delivery. This means everything to someone who is ill and lives alone. Here’s a boring video of me at the drive thru today. I didn’t want to include any people in it.”

“I have found that this pharmacy is very prompt on notifying you when you have a prescription to pick up. Lewis also goes out of his way to accommodate you if you need a different prescription or if yours is not in stock. I appreciate the staff and have found them to excel over big pharmacies.”
“There was an issue with my son's insurance. The doctor's office said I need to call Medicaid and handle it even though the issue was because of them. I was very stressed out thinking I had to waste the day trying to reach Medicaid.I called Rebecca and had a few questions. Her response was .. " no parent should be expected to jump through hoops to help their sick child". She told me she would call me right back and she did. She let me know not only did she reach out to the Dr office but she also called Medicaid for me. I was impressed to say the least. I never had that kind of service at any pharmacy ever. Thank you Rebecca for your compassion, understanding and professionalism that is so hard to find these days when dealing with a medical situation.”

They are all very approachable and understanding, whether it be about price or availability. The store is also large and clean and a good place to find whatever you need from a Walgreens.”

“Just want to let you know I have now found my favorite CVS. There are two CVS in between this store, but after todays experience I will drive the extra distance. Mario was beyond helpful, not just to me but the other 3 customers that were around the checkout area that needed help. Very impressive. He helped me get an extra care card plus or something and truly went over and beyond. It really made my day having someone so happy to not only be helping you with a smile, but also likes his job. He is the perfect person for his job. I am assuming with his personality and willingness to help he is a manager! Anyway, thanks Mario for making my visit a super one!”
