“Well I moving Florida The Villages . My parents have bank with them for years . I look at banks in Mid West area . I am with GateCity . They take away overdrafts, no ATM fees at all where ever I go even if charge at ATM your are reimbursed in your account the 3 to 2 dollar fee the next day . Most big banks are hard get personal note loans with . As they not help with parents Mortgage or personal loans much . But my Parents say you guys are very friendly Sandra and Roy Miller . I hope I will have good experience with you guys ! I going give you guys a shot just because my parents say you helpful and kind . Times are rough right now with inflation . I believe banks should be working with customers in fact care to have better turn outcome in ling run for both parties. That’s what makes good bank and keeps people coming back because the remember that forever. That what kept me at Gateway Bank for 20 years. So hope I will feel same way here.”
“I bought a vehicle over the weekend and the dealership gave me a very high rate on my loan. I went in to Campus to check out the rate options were that day. Wanda Sanchez sat down with me showed me what was available. I explained that I was pressed for time but she had me out of the office and on my way in just an hour. “Not only is the establishment very clean but the staff working here are all very kind and professional. Just opened three accounts here and while there was a short wait for someone to help me, they offered me water and kept me updated. When I did see a banker she was able to help me with all of my questions and setting up my new accounts. Looking forward to banking with these guys for a very long time”
“I don't bank with them however I think I'll start to. It seems there are fees at almost every bank now for things that banks are supposed to do. Like cash checks. I was surprised to find out recently that another bank charges 8 dollars to cash $100 check. Why would it be that a bank (who is holding someone's money, making money lending that money to other people, paying negligible interest)feels entitled to skim 8% just to give someone else's money to me? The only reason they are even part of the transaction has nothing to do with me. I don't need their services. So from now on I am no longer accepting checks and if I must it is a 15% check fee.Unless you bank with citizens.. When I take a check to citizens I'm greeted with a smile and out of there, cash in hand in no time.”

“This bank has been my bank since I moved to The Villages, about 6 years ago. They are polite, patient and will talk to you personally about any issue. I had some automatic paycheck problems and Maria and I talked more than once. Excellent customer service, much appreciated.”
“Truly amazing customer service!!! Recently my step father passed away and he had banking with Chase. We were trying to get his affairs in order and started by working with Emily Palmer. She was incredible - met with us in person and helped us determine what needed to be done. Within an hour we were all set. In this estate settling process, we had to deal with 5 banks and Emily and some folks at Wells Fargo were the best. Others made the process difficult and were not friendly at all.
In parallel, we learned that he had a safety deposit box in CA. Emily introduced us to TV’s Chase branch manager, Leslie Lowery. She worked tirelessly and diligently to help us, contacting the branch manager in CA and ultimately, after almost 2 months of working on it, got us to closure. The box was empty. We would have had to go through a laborious paperwork process to find this out were it not for Leslie.
Chase should be incredibly proud and grateful to Emily and Leslie for representing their business with exceptional service, caring, and professionalism.”
“I read the comments before going to opening an account. I don't go by all the reviews. Some people do not know that the people that run the bank didn't build the bank as far as parking. Plus it's a great excuse to get out and walk in and communicate one on one with the staff. People need to interact more anyways. Also it clearly states that the lobby opens at 9am and they are always ready to go when I am there. The staff is friendly and it's always better to remember that these are hard times and people need to be more patient.”

“Made the mistake of only checking google to see if the branch was open on Saturdays. The banks hours are correct on their website but not on google. Waste of time and gas, lesson learned... I really cannot give the bank a bad mark based on service because the ladies there are always REALLY nice. However, I'd just say that perhaps the person keeping up with the website and google info correct some items...”
“I did not have to wait long after walking in. Kristina set my appointment and Donna. Donna was safe and very knowledgeable of Bank of Americas products. She noticed where I needed to update my personal information and helped with that. Donna also ate crow saying how good Tom Brady is EVEN being a Cowboy fan. Very personal people and make you feel welcome”
