“We went in to Payne's after shopping a few local competitors. We were so impressed with the selection and with the no pressure salesmanship of the owner. He tooks us all through the store and explained the advantages of the different furniture selections. We purchased 2 love seat recliners and got a great deal, free delivery and take away of our older furniture! He even explained how he donates picked up items to charity! On our way out, I noticed he also sells bedroom furniture. He showed us the neatest new type of murphy bed. It does not need to be anchored to a wall, and looks convincingly like a TV stand. We will be back for one of those at a later date!”

“I have to say that the customer Service, friendly list, professionalism, hard-working employees, this place definitely has those people here. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect mattress That fit my needs, and I can’t say that about a lot of other mattress stores. The only reason I gave four stars out of five honestly was because I felt like the price was a little higher than what I wanted to spend for it being an outlet mattress store. I was hoping to spend half of what I spent and that’s my only issue is the price and this is just an honest review, but the store itself and the staff are both clean and friendly and they went above and beyond for me multiple times, so I definitely give them a lot of praise and credit for that. Just wish the prices weren’t as high and I wish they would have more selection of things and I understand there are a smaller store, but I just wish there was more to pick for especially for kids. They didn’t have a lot of kid bed frames and stuff like that. But all in all, it is a really good place to find a good mattress And the delivery team and the staff will definitely go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. I hope this review helps people.”
“Excellent service in the Ocala store from sales rep Levi. Only reason for 1 star off is the delivery system.
I had movers scheduled for the early morning and requested an afternoon delivery of the bed to that new location as I couldnt be at the 2 different places at one time. An email was sent to delivery dept by the store requesting after lunch delivery & the reason why. I was given a 9am-11am spot, right when my movers were scheduled at the old house. I was able to bump movers back a few hours to accommodate the now morning delivery of mattress at the new location, but the delivery of mattress didnt occur until 11:30 which was when movers arrived at the other location. Fortunately, I had a kind friend help accept the mattress at the new place while I was with movers at the old. I was coordinating a move to assisted living while the resident was gone for the day, and the inability to schedule my own mattress delivery time made for a very long day as it had to be completed in one day. You need a better delivery scheduling system.”

“I remember this place when I was a kid and it's been here for about three decades I've actually gone inside of it for the first time today right now and they just have the most beautiful selection of furniture are the books there's a $2 section a $3 section and a $5 section they'll work with you if you had furniture you wish to trade or if you wanted to just bring it in and have it appraised the staff is very lovely they have the most adorable little dog out front and very clean on the inside.”
