“As in the past when buying mattresses. Mattress Firm had what I needed at the right price. This is my 3rd purchase now over several years. Unfortunately the delivery is no longer as good as before, not everything was delivered on time and one piece was not delivered so I had to make a trip back to the store to pick a mattress up as I needed it for family due in that evening, 2 days after it had been scheduled to arrive. I rate the store and the sales staff as excellent, but their delivery needs work to get back to where they were 10 years ago.”

“Stopped in the get a new bed today. Javier greeted us and asked all the right questions to help us find what we hope is the perfect mattress. He was very informative and not pushy at all. Never got the salesman vibe, and even though there were multiple families there and he was the only staff member, he was able to take care of everyone. He allowed us to try each mattress and didn’t rush us at all. He explained everything in detail and also explained all the fine print to us in the contract. He gave as many different options to help decide which was best for us. We ended up with Sealy Posturepedic plus hybrid with a tempur-ergo adjustable base. So far we couldn’t be happier and we look forward to updating the review once we receive the bed and try it out for a couple months.”
“January 2024 update: 3 1/2 years and I still love my mattress and adjustable base. My Malouf carbon pillow is still in great shape. I recommend Mostly Mattress every time I hear someone talking about needing a new mattress.November 2021 update: Since my initial review was when I initially purchased my mattress and adjustable frame, I wanted to update. If I could give Mostly Mattress 10 stars I would!!! I have never had a mattress I was happier with. I had wondered how it would hold up and it's still like new. I also love the adjustable base and I use the massage every night. I bought a Malouf carbon pillow when I made my other purchases and just like the mattress, it is still like new a year later. It's the most comfortable pillow I have ever used. If you are anywhere near Ocala FL, I recommend you don't even look anywhere else. Go straight to Mostly Mattress and let them help you choose what your body needs.Initial Review:I can't say enough good things about Vince and his staff at Mostly Mattress! My sister and I moved here in July and were renting until our new homes were ready. I needed a new mattress and found Mostly Mattress through Google reviews. They listened to me and fitted me with the best mattress and adjustable frame for my needs. They really know their mattresses! There was no pressure at all. My sister had no intention of purchasing a new mattress but she decided to try one out and ended up ordering both a mattress and adjustable frame for herself! We ordered on September 4th and even though we weren't closing on our homes for several weeks, Vince went ahead and ordered them and kept them until we closed. He and his son set them up for us. They even hung curtains on one of my windows :) I highly recommend them.”

“The Sleep Center here in The Villages, deserves 10 stars for customer service. We had extenuating circumstances, delaying when we could take delivery of our bed. They worked with us, no hassle and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The day of delivery, Biscuit and Stephen arrived right on schedule, very professional, efficient and knew what they were doing. They were careful of walls and furnishings and went above and beyond to accommodate our request for special assistance. This is our second purchase from this Sleep Center and we will continue to use and recommend them.”

“Very nice collection of consignment items. I purchased a set of China and some crystal stemware. There was a bowl missing from the china, and it was very difficult to get an answer regarding the missing bowl. Finally, after weeks and several requests, the bowl was never found. However, I give them top marks for the quality and quantity of beautiful items! Very reasonable prices.”
