“Scott and Cindy were amazing and did everything on my family’s schedule!My father passed away and my mother was in the hospital when we initially engaged with them. The Dunns patiently waited to put the house on the market until we were ready and in the meantime did regular checks on the property (including managing the difficult neighbor).When my mom was released from the hospital, my brother and wife and I flew in and did our best to pack-up/clear out the house. Despite our efforts the house was still quite full of stuff. We left with my mom to move her back up north and the Dunns managed the rest… furniture, random things that didn’t fit in the moving truck; vacuums, oxygen tanks, National Geographic magazine collections, and even a box of important papers (which they carefully look through, saved and shipped to me). Getting the house on the market a couple weeks later and an offer just as quickly sealed the deal that they were not only kind and thoughtful, but great at selling houses as well!The last year would have been a nightmare without Team Dunn’s support!
