Very chilll, easy to talk to and super helpful with getting new Js for me aka carl and my partner sage. He was very patient and understanding of what we needed and what we were looking for that could deal with yhe future conditions of what we are going to be doing in these shoes such as mud, water and other weather conditions. Us guys had a great time walking put of the store with our new shoes on. They are so comfy like walking on a cloud.”
