She was so kind, patient with our dog, and incredibly knowledgeable about her work. Highly recommend for dog grooming and ask for Tara. Great experience overall. “We moved to Ocala in June, we called VCA at Buffalo Ridge for our lovely Rose. During the move we noticed a lump on her eye lid. This popped one night right after we moved into our home. They were so passionate with her and the staff is polite. They made us feel she is part of their family. I love her doctor. She so soft spoken and answers any concern we have.
Just this week we noticed her eye was getting another infection. I called the office explaining the situation, and asked if we could pick up the same prescription ointment or should we make an appointment. The person I spoke with said, no we have a refill and they would contact us when it was ready, she did advise it could take up to 48 hours. We were very impressed the same day her medicine was ready to be picked up. The office is not close to us 30 minutes drive, but this is definitely the place for Rose.

“Our dog has Addison's disease and we use this vet for her routine treatment and care. I cannot speak highly enough about the technicians, the vet, and the front desk staff. Having a dog with Addison's disease is not cheap by any means, and they work with us in every way possible, not only to educate us but to help cut costs in any way they can. Last week they even surprised us with a complementary haircut and bath for our dog as they heard we were having a hard time physically and financially, and I cannot thank them enough or explain how much that helped/meant to us as a family. We are blessed to have found Paws Animal Hospital.”
