I love my mattresses, very friendly store manager and staff.I'm coming back to leave a second review . . . after making my first purchase and absolutely loving my new mattress (The Resort Hotel - Latex Collection) I purchased two more sets of king mattresses and box springs. Chris, the store manager, is friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the mattresses. I've loved my mattress from the first night, there was no "getting used to a new mattress - break in period" of time. The guys that came to deliver them were super friendly and went over and above to help me move existing mattresses to another room, I'm sorry I don't remember their names to post here. My second delivery went just as smooth with Larry and Dre setting up two king mattresses and bed frames to the beds. All four of these guys love Chris and sang his praises, which tells me Chris is a super great guy and treats his staff with integrity and respect. I highly recommend giving Bed Pros of Brandon a visit if you're looking for a new mattress (mattresses). I've purchased three (The Hotel Collection from Jamieson) kings and am very happy with the comfort of these mattresses.”

“My husband and I met with Nelson Martinez to purchase our furniture. While we do believe our furniture was made well, the cushions had an issue. We contacted the warranty company who denied our claim and then a few months later called and said they were reopening it only to deny it again. I was beyond disappointed. The patio cushions were downright embarrassing the way they looked after one year. We decided to call Nelson, explained the issue and just like our initial purchases he was right on it and in less than a week our replacements arrived. This was exceptional customer service and we would definitely recommend this Brandon Store for all your Patio needs. In love with the set even more now!”

“Went to Ashley by mistake thinking that the store location was the competition RTG. We just entered to have a comparison between the furnitures that we already selected in RTG. Ended buying my furniture in Ashley for the following reasons:1- the welcome and treatment by the employees. “Went there two days ago and was warmly greeted by a very nice gentleman named David Diaz. He was very helpful in guiding us to where we can find what we were looking for. In the end, we left with something we didn't plan on purchasing because there was a floor model on sale and we couldn't pass up the amazing deal. The credit application was seamless, all you do is enter your info on a kiosk, and it automatically tells you if you're approved. He assisted us with contacting the 3rd party delivery company as well. He is knowledgeable and very helpful. Not pushy at all. We will definitely go back and work with Mr. Diaz for any of our needs. His manager was also very helpful.”

“What a delightful shop! Lots of interesting, beautiful, and fun imported merchandise. While browsing with family I saw a beautiful lamp I wanted to purchase. The challenge was how to bring the lamp home to Michigan since I was only on the first leg of my trip Hauling it around was not an option. The owner, Marcus offered to ship it to my home. We arranged to have him send it when I returned from my travels. It arrived in pristine condition. I had a question about replacing the bulb. He responded quickly. I like to give business to independent establishments that offer excellent service. (Thank you)”

“When I first looked up Stained Market Place I was looking for vintage stores.. Now this place isn't quite a vintage store and it's not quite an antique store either. It is a place full of random, older inventory. If I were to equate this store to anything it is a mix of my grandmother's and grandfather's estate. There are items there that I also would never see at my grandparents, like Jack Daniel's lights or giant art pieces. I have been to Stained Market Place a couple of times in my shopping. If you are looking for something specific, especially furniture, I recommend stopping in to see if they have it. I was able to find a solid wood, circle mirror about 3x3 for $10. I would call that a steal! The owner is super personable and easy to talk to. Some cats live onsite and they were super cute as well. I would recommend stopping in and checking it out if you are on a Saturday thrift or just looking for everyday things.”
