“My husband and I met with Nelson Martinez to purchase our furniture. While we do believe our furniture was made well, the cushions had an issue. We contacted the warranty company who denied our claim and then a few months later called and said they were reopening it only to deny it again. I was beyond disappointed. The patio cushions were downright embarrassing the way they looked after one year. We decided to call Nelson, explained the issue and just like our initial purchases he was right on it and in less than a week our replacements arrived. This was exceptional customer service and we would definitely recommend this Brandon Store for all your Patio needs. In love with the set even more now!”

“Overall very satisfied. Backordered items came in when promised. Delivery was quick and efficient. I was disappointed that we did not receive any books or manuals with the love seat and couch recliners. Eventually the day will come and we'll need information on the controls and functions”

“Went to Ashley by mistake thinking that the store location was the competition RTG. We just entered to have a comparison between the furnitures that we already selected in RTG. Ended buying my furniture in Ashley for the following reasons:1- the welcome and treatment by the employees. Laura was great and sale process was smooth.2- Selection alternatives3- Furniture style, construction and quality.”

I find great items at good prices and they often have designer dupes that are half the cost plus Colleen makes the trip worth it with her customer service.”

They are a Bealls outlet, so most items have a Florida flavor or theme. The inventory is always changing, so every month they may have gotten in something you didn't know you needed.”

“When I tell you, the customer service at the store is outstanding the mail manager there is amazing. He literally walked me through the sale items and explain to me the type of sense of the candles that were on sale in great detail, because I had no idea because they all had holiday names, thank you so much in this world where Customer Service lacking not at this store. Very pleasant.”

“Masks recommend here ?Service dog ? friendlyWheelchair accessible ♿They have some wonderful fake flowers and plants . They have a lot of different ranges of stuff here. I like the home decor that this store carries. I feel like they have good prices. I come home with 3 decent sized items that I think looks lovely. I didn't get to talk to the staff much but they were friendly. The store is keeped clean and is easy to rom around in.”

His knowledge of his sleep experience was excellent information to help me selected the best cooling pillow as a gift for my brother. “I love Ross always has the cutest things from shoes to clothes to pictures to household items. I love the girl clothes my daughter bought the cutest outfit with some Reebok's to go with it. The men's shoe selection is not always so good.”

I love my mattresses, very friendly store manager and staff.I'm coming back to leave a second review . . . after making my first purchase and absolutely loving my new mattress (The Resort Hotel - Latex Collection) I purchased two more sets of king mattresses and box springs. Chris, the store manager, is friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the mattresses. I've loved my mattress from the first night, there was no "getting used to a new mattress - break in period" of time. The guys that came to deliver them were super friendly and went over and above to help me move existing mattresses to another room, I'm sorry I don't remember their names to post here. My second delivery went just as smooth with Larry and Dre setting up two king mattresses and bed frames to the beds. All four of these guys love Chris and sang his praises, which tells me Chris is a super great guy and treats his staff with integrity and respect. I highly recommend giving Bed Pros of Brandon a visit if you're looking for a new mattress (mattresses). I've purchased three (The Hotel Collection from Jamieson) kings and am very happy with the comfort of these mattresses.”
