“This store sent out Damien and Rene to replace a part of the bed that I purchased from American Signature that arrived broken. Damien and Rene went above and beyond. This is my 3rd visit having a repair tech come over to replace the footer of the bed (the first two visits, they tried replacing with another broken piece...different team than today). These guys (who were different from who came before) arrived with the footer and it was not broken or scratched like before. They brought it up my stairs and did not require me to remove my dog gate (the prior repair guys made me remove the gate from the wall which is screwed in which is a PIA). They removed the mattress and frame from the bed without even asking (the prior techs refused to remove the mattress and frame and told me I would have to do it myself since it was purchased elsewhere...it's not easy removing a king size mattress and bed frame all by yourself as you have two strong men watching you but not helping). Damien and Rene were courteous, friendly and professional! Too bad they didn't send these two kind men out the first time I had an issue and then I probably would not have required two additional visits. Thank you!”

“I love popping into Home Centric just about 5 minutes from my home just to see what’s there. I usually pick up a candle or some extra towels, maybe some kitchen gadgets or a new journal. Their rugs are usually a good price and there’s always something unique.

The store is very clean, nicely organized and very open. The volume of stock isn’t as varied as HomeGoods, but it’s a less hectic and crowded experience which I like. The staff have always been friendly and courteous, and I take advantage of the free rewards program. Every few months I have a $5 Bealls/Home Centric reward to spend which is nice.”

“Every time I shop at Kirkland’s, I hope to see Colleen (a tall blonde with long curly hair) because her customer service is truly outstanding. She pays close attention to detail, makes sure I get the best deals, and always goes the extra mile to support her customers. Colleen even helps me move large items to the front so I can continue shopping and then loads them into my car. This type of customer service is something I rarely experience at other stores.

“What a great store to browse for that one (or 2!) treasure you are looking for! We refer many clients here to shop for their new home or to consign when they are selling. Prices are fair and product is plentiful! You should definitely go!”

“I think of HomeSense as “Home Goods on steroids”!? Their rug selection is a perfect example of that! If you can’t find a rug that fits your space and budget here you’re not looking hard enough! The volume of rug inventory is the largest I’ve see outside of a flooring store - and you know you’re not overpaying for them here. The selection of lighting/lamps, end tables, stools and other furniture is really good - and I found plenty of tasteful options. The volume of dinnerware, glasses, baking ware, cookware etc. is extensive, as are the options for towels, bedding, curtains/drapes and bathroom stuff. There is tons of seasonal items (right now there is LOTS of wreaths, faux plants/flowers and planters). Also, there’s no shortage of specialized snack foods, teas, condiments and confections.

In recent weeks I’ve visited the store and the staff were friendly at the checkout. There are staff milling around the store, so you can get someone if you need assistance, but I’ve never had any member of staff specifically check on me as I shopped to ask if I need any help finding anything. That would be a nice touch.

I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to come here if I need a unique gift or something to beautify my home. Worth the trip to the store.”
