“Brought in an unlocked t-mobile phone that was unlocked, but there was an issue, and a different metro was unable to connect it. Walked into this store. Thanks to DIEGO and all his hard work. He was able to not just figure it out in just a few minutes. But got it to work. Great job ! Reccomended metro store.”

“The man Ryan at the value pawn Whoever owns this place needs to give this man a raise, a paid vacation, and probably a gift card while they’re at it. Seriously one of the coolest, most professional, and fairest people I’ve ever dealt with in this business. He made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable — which is saying a lot when you’re selling valuables. No shady vibes, no pressure, no disrespect — just straight honesty, knowledge, and solid customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and takes pride in what he does. Businesses stay successful because of employees like this. Absolute legend. I’ll definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone I know.”

“Rick and his team are 1st class. They provide options, recommended components and install the equipment. Rick and his team have literally transformed our experience for home entertainment. Sony 4K+ television picture is amazing, looks like we are there. That paired with Sony receiver and SVS speakers and sub - no need to ever step into a movie theater again. Outside kitchen with Samsung Terrace television allows for viewing in daylight while in the pool. Sonos everywhere else gives us so many options. The setup and fine tuning provides a complete package. Wish I would have done this sooner.”

“The pharmacy department team was the kindest and most helpful one I’ve been to. They were handling a large number of customers with varying issues with grace and efficiency. I normally use the one on Central and 66th and they tend to be rude and less interested in answering questions and are disorganized. New employees all the time it seems. Trasure Island Store has a lot of selection in a smaller store but well stocked. I would use them over my neighborhood store anytime.”

We didnt have any issues both team members knew what to do to have a satisfied customer. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Thank you for being great!”

“I have to say this man Ben that works very hard and is incredibly friendly, I can't help but to accept this type of wonderful staff for any 7 -11 store. I am very confident and comfortable knowing that I get my stuff whenever Ben is running the store. You want coffee? He'll get it done. You want your chicken tailor made to your liking? He'll get it done. I want to go to that store because I KNOW I have friendly outgoing service. This man is spot on with everything. he is and assi get to he multitasking very well in my opinion this guy Been has manager skills tenfold. I'm just suprised he isn't a manager. Ben handles erratic customers very well that come in this store. You should hear the stories hahaha. Lastly, it's my joy to go to this store as well as the other one he works at in Pinellas Park. Because of Ben's outgoingness alone, I stopped going to Wawa's and Circle K. He makes everyone feel so comfortable as well as the other staff here especially Nicoy and Jagger.”

“Jenn is the best manager this place ever had! She’s quick with service, got me in-and-out in no time with several items I needed for my new place in St Pete! So far she’s helped me with a tv, mattress and a dryer that was flooded during hurricane. She treats me and my kids like family every time we go in and even hooks my little son up w candy to put a smile on his face! After three items from Jenn at Happy’s I can say we will continue to go to her for all our needs in purchasing for our home! Will is also very helpful when making payments and very knowledgeable with technology. Did I mention Jenn even helped me load my truck with my tv and dryer?! Can’t beat the service at this location…just called in for an iPhone and she hunted one down at another store for me…thanks Jenn! Keep up the great work!”

“I go over there for the coffee. Actually it's for the creamer. It's probably my favorite one. 7-Eleven or race track are my choices so depending on what's in the area and this time it was 7-Eleven. I just had a croissant sandwich and it was okay. For $2 I'll take it when you buy a coffee. I usually get their apple fritters because I'm a huge apple fitter fan. But to be honest I'm only getting them because of what they look like. Cuz I don't really actually like them. But mostly because they look good and I'm a sucker for advertising and they're right there by the cash”

“Lulu, you’re truly amazing. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me. Your customer service is outstanding, and you consistently go above and beyond. When corporate tried to raise my rate from $78 to $108 and then to $98, you fought hard to make sure I kept my original rate. I really appreciate your dedication and support!”

“My husband and I stopped in last night because i've been contemplating getting the ultra for both of us. We aren't local and happen to stop in While being away for the weekend, because the Verizon local to us was not very helpful. I have been in the customer service industry for 25 years and I am a supervisor. Part of my job consists of interviewing and hiring promising applicants for our stores. My husband assist in running an AC and plumbing company so obviously customer service is at the forefront of who we are. I can tell you that I have never been more impressed with an associate. Ethan Hughes was understanding, patient, and helpful beyond words. You have a true gem. Thank you Ethan. You are truly a blessing in customer service and Verizon is lucky to have you !”

“I went to get my flu and pneumonia vaccines for the year and I have to say, making an appointment online was so easy and quick. I arrived on time and presented my ID & Insurance card and was directed to the seated waiting area. They were very busy and I waited probably 20 or so minutes give or take. I wasn't in any hurry so I waited patiently until there was a break in the action behind the counter. Then I was promptly attended to and kindly given my vaccines. I would recommend Walgreens Pharmacy for anyone needing their annual vaccinations”

“The best service here. Informative, efficient and kind. This is coming from someone who has worked in customer service for over a decade. Also for what it’s worth, heavily avoid the T-Mobile location in downtown on 1st ave by the library! I received the exact opposite of what this location offered.”
