“My computer suffered some water damage. It would still boot, but could not access any data beyond the OS. The first consultant identified it was probably a hardware issue, but could not determine the extent. He recommended SOSFix. SOSFix was able to determine the issue was limited to a damaged SSD drive. He ordered a replacement, installed it and formatted it. He worked around my schedule. Without his assistance I might have replaced my entire computer.”

Sony 4K+ television picture is amazing, looks like we are there. That paired with Sony receiver and SVS speakers and sub - no need to ever step into a movie theater again. Outside kitchen with Samsung Terrace television allows for viewing in daylight while in the pool. Sonos everywhere else gives us so many options. The setup and fine tuning provides a complete package. Wish I would have done this sooner.”

So I went over to the store and I don't have the name, but he was very good and helpful and polite and patient . He fixed the phone and I was on my way back home and the phone is working fine now. I normally use the one on Central and 66th and they tend to be rude and less interested in answering questions and are disorganized. New employees all the time it seems. Trasure Island Store has a lot of selection in a smaller store but well stocked. I would use them over my neighborhood store anytime.”
