“Best pawn shop in town, owner is the nicest person ever. I'm a student at UF and my bike broke down and I needed a wheelset, it was a very specific size but the owner of the store took upon himself and went above and beyond to fetch that wheelset for me. “Today I was caught in a predicament after traveling over a hour to be at a scheduled appointment on time, I arrived at Govind and sons to find out they scheduled me incorrectly and were out of town. I went next door to Brittany’s and took a chance that they would be able to resize my engagement ring that was recently passed down to me from two generations! I am very new to the area and didn’t want to have it sent out or to leave it for days not knowing anything about a company which is why I had made a appointment to begin with. The staff at Brittany’s were so kind as well as understanding. The jeweler was very busy as was the entire store for 5 minutes after the doors opened YET they not only fit me into their very busy day they had my ring resized and completely buffed and polished within 2 hours !!!! I am beyond pleased, extremely grateful, and above all I’m so impressed with the professional experience I received today! I will forever be a customer!!! She explained the differences in piercing metals and their possible allergens/irritants, as well as the ingredients in the product I took home and why it works! There's constantly a "buy one and get one 50%" sale but your best bet is to check the racks closely, remember many sizes are in back so talk with the staff. VERY cute dresses and tops. Guys if you are forced to come with your loved ones, checkout some of the little books and stationary for an extra laugh (it helps to pass the time) ^^”

“We ordered a watch from Lang Jewelers, and when it arrived, it wasn’t working. Not wanting to take the chance of taking the back off and possibly scratching it changing the battery, I contacted the store and told them of the problem. I was told that they would either send me a replacement battery, or I could return the watch to them so they could replace it. Just in case there was something else wrong with the watch, we chose to send it back to them. They provided a return label for us, we sent it back, and I just received it. It is a beautiful watch, and it is up and running. Sydney was the most helpful and courteous employee! It’s nice to know that there are still companies out there who care about customer service. It is rare indeed to find these days. This is a wonderful company to deal with! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!”
