“Today I was caught in a predicament after traveling over a hour to be at a scheduled appointment on time, I arrived at Govind and sons to find out they scheduled me incorrectly and were out of town. I went next door to Brittany’s and took a chance that they would be able to resize my engagement ring that was recently passed down to me from two generations! I am very new to the area and didn’t want to have it sent out or to leave it for days not knowing anything about a company which is why I had made a appointment to begin with. The staff at Brittany’s were so kind as well as understanding. The jeweler was very busy as was the entire store for 5 minutes after the doors opened YET they not only fit me into their very busy day they had my ring resized and completely buffed and polished within 2 hours !!!! I am beyond pleased, extremely grateful, and above all I’m so impressed with the professional experience I received today! I will forever be a customer!!! Thank you all so much for helping me today and for a tremendously wonderful job and experience!”
