“Perhaps the best service experience I've ever had.We've owned a large number of cars over the years, and in the past 2 years, at the Nissan dealership in Cocoa, the Kia dealership in Cocoa, and the Mazda dealership in Melbourne I was charged in the range of $105-$115 for an oil change and tire rotation. (GREEDflation as I like to call it.)The exact same service here; $77 !!!We just recently bought our 2018 Honda Fit to tow behind our RV, and this is our second visit to Ron Norris. “They did want to "Investigate" ( their words ) my core receipt from their other store; God forbid, it WAS from Deltona. Maybe not everything is a Homeland Security issue. Seemed more extra terrestrial / military / law enfircement, than local vibe. Really weird.Maybe I am really just working on my truck, which is the real reason my hands are cut, greasy, and bruised.Otherwise parts, yes. We called after hours and Tony one of their sales associates was still there. He directed us where to have the car and trailer placed after we got it towed. He was super nice and very helpful ☺️ Then next morning we spoke with Linwood he was super helpful and reassuring about being able to get us back on the road. Zack helped me out at checkout and was extremely nice as well. I asked Zack if I could see the tire that had failed and he had no problem showing me.
