“So apologies WalMart but I'm accustomed to bad customer service here. I just expect it really. Today however was an exception. Glenna at the self check out area was so lovely. She SMILED! She greeted me. She ushered me over to the available register. She actually apologized for my wait (and I barely waited at all). She wished me a good afternoon. Simple stuff. Goes such a long way. Awesome job Glenna!”
“Edit - have changed to 4 stars because Jeff was amazing at loading my groceries. There is still the problem with dated items. 3 were EXPIRED. Picked up my groceries. Two complaints. They broke the top of my Welch's grape jelly and gave me bakery croissants that were expiring THE NEXT DAY. I was picking up at 7pm so, I had a whole 5 hours to eat 4 croissants. I used to pick up groceries from Walmart all the time in Atlanta and never had an issue.”
“We saw Joe in the tech department and he was a huge help to my husband and I we had purchased the iPhone 17 and we’re on the phone with consumer cellular for hours. Somehow our phones got switched and we had the different numbers on each phone weren’t able to use my husband‘s phone at all after being with him for about an hour. He was able to get us up and running again thank you so much for your patience and getting our phones working. If anyone has any issues I highly recommend Joe. He was amazing very friendly very helpful answered all of our questions with a smile.”
