“Poor service, poor communication from ATT Titusville. Purchased new home, had WiFi set up early so there would be no problems. Had a problem, no service, took 5 days to come out. Left without fixing it or providing explanation of next steps. Spent 3 hours on the phone, finally to find out, they just left it. If I hadn’t called NOTHING would have happened. Now another 4 days to come out and look at it. Very poor.

When I finally met an actual ATT worker (not someone 2400 miles away) they were great. It was a significant issue and the guy was outside working 2 days straight to fix it. I appreciate that.”

Came in there thinking I needed a SIM card but they realized it was my phone giving me the trouble. I left there with a great deal and a new phone. The Store was clean and organized and everyone there was helpful. Totally recommended”
