“Visited with Preston yesterday. He told me he was new. Honestly, the way he handled me, it felt like he was there for ten years. He obviously was trained well. He pointed me in the right direction and told me the pros and cons of each phone. I’m not an easy customer to sell to, but he did a great job and I got what I needed. Thanks Pressy.”
“I came to the AT&T store on Columbia Blvd. in Titusville for a new iPad as my 2014 iPad finally died (lol) and amazingly James went above and beyond what I came in the store for. He helped us to upgrade our services in EVERY way for LESS money!! We are long time AT&T customers and have not been in the store for a long time. I was thrilled at all the ways he helped me and my husband with all of our services! He gets a 10 from me!!”
“I been with metro pcs since 2012. I been to all the store in Brevard; and I must say Mary, is one of the best rep this company has had. She is extremely loving and helpful. The store is always clean and open. GIVE THIS YOUNG LADY A RAISE!
Thanks, Mrs. Mary!”
“This is the only Verizon I go to! The staff is great especially Steven, Michael, Julian. Dylan is really nice too. I will say this, I have know Michael for alittle over a year from when he worked at his previous employer. So I am alittle bit biased. Honestly, he is so kind, helpful, and knows what he's doing. Steven is honestly one of the funniest people I have ever met and he’s extremely knowledgeable. Julian is the manager and he always gets things done in a timely efficient manner, he's also extremely knowledgeable. Great bunch of staff! I will say I wish there was more selection in store of device colors…like more purple!”

“Jackie is the best worker you guys have she helped me out with my bridge payment when I didn't even know about it, and just help me finish paying the rest of my bill, she is definitely a keeper and a vibrant worker. We even go out of our way to come to that store just to see her me and my fiance. ☺️☺️☺️ So she is the best thank you for being there.”
“Brian was so helpful! Thank you so much for taking the time to assist me. Brian was patient and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me! Very impressed! I will be coming back to purchase any future products from this store.”
“Had to add a line to our phone plan. We went to this one, the Cheney one was closer but the employees were goofing off more than working, and was helped by Alexis (spelling might be off)
Super informative, helped us with friendliness and was fast. She made it quick and easy. Definitely going to this one from now on.”
“Katie is the BOMB! Got me squared away when I wanted to switch over from Verizon and made it super simple and had a great conversation the entire time. Would absolutely recommend coming to this store over all the other ones in the area! Thanks Katie!!!”
“Shout out to everyone at the spectrum store in Titusville.
Came in there thinking I needed a SIM card but they realized it was my phone giving me the trouble. I left there with a great deal and a new phone. The Store was clean and organized and everyone there was helpful. Totally recommended”
