Some phone people find the phone works except people can’t receive short code message from important apps. People spent over 2 hours trying to figure it out, missed 5 days of work but happy because people have a means to communicate. The kid who helped a grandmother find a new flip phone called all T‑Mobile stores and found one. Very friendly and knowledgeable, the process was the easiest ever.
Went to the store today of my battery. The manager helped me thankfully I didn't have to spend money. All other stores just want money instead of looking before offering. This world is not all about money. This lady went beyond and repaired my phone with no interest. Thank you
