“I came to the AT&T store on Columbia Blvd. in Titusville for a new iPad as my 2014 iPad finally died (lol) and amazingly James went above and beyond what I came in the store for. He helped us to upgrade our services in EVERY way for LESS money!! We are long time AT&T customers and have not been in the store for a long time. I was thrilled at all the ways he helped me and my husband with all of our services! He gets a 10 from me!!”
“This is the only Verizon I go to! The staff is great especially Steven, Michael, Julian. Dylan is really nice too. I will say this, I have know Michael for alittle over a year from when he worked at his previous employer. So I am alittle bit biased. Honestly, he is so kind, helpful, and knows what he's doing. Steven is honestly one of the funniest people I have ever met and he’s extremely knowledgeable. Julian is the manager and he always gets things done in a timely efficient manner, he's also extremely knowledgeable. Great bunch of staff! I will say I wish there was more selection in store of device colors…like more purple!”

“Needed the screen protector of the inner screen on my Z fold 6 replaced. Price was $32 after tax which was $9 higher quoted than the day prior when I came in, but I'm absolutely willing to spend it rsther than me break something doing it myself.
Only took 20 minutes to be done, placement looks prefect and the protector itself looks a richer black than the factory protector.”
