“5 stars for a bank that doesn't even give away lollipops?! HOW?! This is a review for the Chase branch in Treasure Island, not Chase as a business (my opinions on Chase are quite high though..) itself. Carla is the reason this branch is 5 stars. Carla is my personal banker, she is also one of the most delightful creatures to ever walk the planet. Upon our first meeting Carla dug in to really understand me as a person, not just as another customer. She gave us her personal number to reach out if we had questions. She will occasionally even call me, simply to check-in. I never expected to get such personal attention from a massive bank like Chase. All this to say, don't settle for mediocre personal banking because good people are out there and they will make it 10000000% times better.”

“Per a reference, I reached out to Laurie DeCresie for a new auto loan and I couldn't be happier as Laurie was absolutely amazing! She was prompt to respond to my last minute loan request and went out of her way to work with the dealership to make sure that I would be able to pick up the vehicle on the scheduled day. “I didn’t know any other way to thank the staff other than writing a review. I Felt like buying gifts might be inappropriate. I came in hot about an atm transaction that I thought was incorrect. I was even ready to take it further I was so sure. They politely handle the situation even with me being upset!! Did an investigation, I found out that I was miscalculating. 😩I never felt so stupid in my life and I felt bad for even bothering them with the situation. I want to thank EVERYONE for their patience. 💓

“Gte credit Union is American experience, although they don't have cashiers the automatic tellers after you get used to it are very, very surprisingly efficient. “I was working with another bank to get an SBA loan. They abruptly informed me they had decided to get out of the SBA business and left me hanging. Climate First Bank stepped in and was an absolute hero. I will especially call out Haseeb Fahim and Nikki Chaffin for all their hard work. They were a pleasure to work with. I could not have gotten the business going without their efforts to get the SBA loan back on track and completed.”

“I did not have any prior experience with BayFirst Financial but found myself at this branch while taking care of estate administration. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. They maintained great communication and continued to be responsive through email and phone calls until we took care of the various tasks. I worked with William and David and know the management also assisted. All of them were fantastic. It was a nice reminder that that customer service still exists.”

“Sean Babbit was a pleasure to deal with when opening my personal checking account. It is like night and day between this branch and the one on 1200 4th st N.
1200 4th St in Saint Pete will send you packing and refuse to open a account for no reason. Go look at the reviews on the 4th st location. Probably the worst rating I ever seen for a bank at 2.8. Not one employee cracks a smile. It does not take over a week to do a so called background check so you can open a personal checking account. Time to regroup. Thank you so much for assisting me Sean and treating me like a VIP. This is why your branch has a well deserved 5 star rating. Give this guy a raise or send him over to 1200 4th St N as a branch MGR to clean it up real fast. He is a asset to the bank. Also, the bank teller that won all the customer service awards gave my little dog a huge biscuit. Thank You.”

“I had difficulty in signing into the mobile app as this was for a trust account. I went into Bank OZK on fourth Street and was pleasantly surprised at the assistance I received from the Center Manager Sean Calhoun. Not only was he extremely personable, but he went out of his way to make sure everything was set up correctly, ensuring I would be able to sign on to the mobile app with no difficulty. In addition to the personalized service I received, Sean also followed up with a call the very next day to see if I had any difficulties or questions.
