“I just had the best pre-birthday getaway in Room 5! The room was sparkling clean and so so charming! Every piece in the room was curated so beautifully. The service was very friendly and the property was lovingly maintained. A 30-second walk to the beach and I was sipping coffee and reading a great book on the beach chair they provided. I can't wait to go back!”

“The Sea Jay is a great place to stay. This is our second year vacationing here, and we love the location, staff and the pool. Its a smaller hotel (which we prefer) and the staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs. Waffle House is one block away, public beach access is 2 blocks away, and the grocery store is a 15 minute walk. Several restaurants in the area, with delivery options. Yes the rooms are simple with basic furnishings and a small bathroom (some may call it dated, I call it retro) but the price is affordable for a week's stay. I almost didn't want to write a review, so we could keep this place a secret! But we love it so much here. Will be coming back next year for sure”
“Just getting up and running from the horrific hurricane 7 months ago. No service to rate. The rooms are decent but I'm sure they will get to the small details when they finish with the bottom floor that was completely flooded.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Thunderbird Beach Resort! The resort is really beautiful and varied, and the logo immediately puts you in a good mood. We were lucky enough to get a room at the top with a sea view, which made us very happy. The rooms are super clean and the receptionists were always friendly and helpful.
We especially enjoyed the cool pool parties in the evenings – a great atmosphere! Of all the hotels we visited during our Florida trip, this was definitely the best. We can only recommend it and would come back at any time!”
“I was not expecting what we got. I read the reviews and paid attention to the bad ones because of the cost. I was not expecting the room to be as clean as it was, no musty odor great harbor view and the staff was pleasant.
Met a few great people at the rooftop bar and we all enjoyed the evening. The beach is across the street less than a 5 min walk and food everywhere.”
“Great location, right on the beach and close to many shops, including Publix (within a mile). Clean, up-to-date, and the staff upfront were very nice. Only issue was the wifi wasn't working well and the tv doesn't access any apps. Otherwise, great place.”

“Very quaint, no frills lodging. Wonderful staff. The lodging is clean and well kept. The beach is very deep here so be prepared to walk a ways to the water. But it is beautiful and worth the walk.”
