“I went to see Bob with a broken Odyssey putter. He couldn't repair that certain type of putter in house because of the design it had to go to Calloway for the repair. Instead of sending me on my way he took the putter from me and contacted Calloway for the repair. He didn't charge me anything on his end. I paid what the repair cost were only. What customer service he provides!!!! That was over the top!!! In the day we live in where it seems customer service is at the bottom of most companies list it was so refreshing to see what customer service should look like. Thank you!!! “I’m glad I found these guys. I got their name from Landis LA ANDICE, the maker of my two treadmills. I bought these in 2012 and have not had them serviced since they were installed. I figured it was about time. One was squeaking, and both of the mats needed to be centered. The guys came out and pointed out some of the structure needed to be tightened up. They did a great job, cleaned everything, and lubricated the treadmills. They also did not try to up charge me. They identified the squeaking cause, but reminded me I had a lifetime warranty on the parts so they would lube it and I should wait for the part to fail to save myself a charge of $400 to replace the part now. By the time they finished, the squeak was gone. I appreciate an honest business. From the time I called the company, they were very responsive. I’m glad to have found them. I highly recommend this company without reservation.”

I’ve bought two pairs of shoes from them so far, and each time I was met with extremely caring and knowledgeable folks who helped me find the perfect pair.Additionally, Feet First has a 30 day guarantee on their shoes for any time you have buyer’s remorse.I also want to share a small anecdote that demonstrates the nature of this store. I have a pair of Shokz OpenRun headphones, but I lost the proprietary charger when I moved here. I asked the person running the store if they sold the charger for these headphones since they sell the headphones themselves. They unfortunately did not sell them, but the woman gave me one of her extra chargers at no cost. Wow!They have my business for life!”

“Amazing shop and great customer service! So glad I ran into this shop during my vacation!I did witness the Ukulele "incident". (The review posted as a complaint). In no way did I feel the owner handled that incident inappropriately. The child wasn't being supervised and slammed that instrument down on the floor. When confronted, I'm sure the reviewer was embarrassed... But in no way did the owner of this shop handle this situation as hard as this child handled that ukulele. If you're bringing small children into this shop and you're ok with permitting them to slam items into the floor as you shop, maybe not go in. Period.”

“We went there with my son as we forgot to bring our rod. They had a nice rood and reel for $31 and other accessories for a great price.
We haven’t fished a lot in the ocean and they were really helpful explaining where to fish, how t best put the live shrimp on the hook and techniques.
I would highly recommend going there, prices are great and very knowledgeable staff.”
