Needed help with bank statements for two companies, as well as closing one of my accounts. They did a great job taking care of all my needs and were patient with me. Greatly appreciated the great service from Emilie. Update: went to another branch and received poor service. Came back to Trinity and received great service from Noah. Won't go to another branch again. Thank you Chase Trinity!

We always hate visiting Chase banks for one reason or another, but we're convinced this location is racially profiling people. This is the 1st time we've been to any financial institution and refused to cash our check without valid reason. The manager confirmed that the check funds were readily available in the acct, but refused to cash my husband's check for him, and gave no sensible reason for not cashing the check, other than mentioning they had issues with fraud. That is not our problem, nor does it mean that everyone cashing a check there is committing fraud! Not acceptance at all! We will be reporting this branch to CFPB and Florida Commission on Human Relations.

Santiago helped me open a new account with Chase and was beyond helpful. He patiently explained the process to me as we did it and was very informative. I’d definitely recommend friends and family to open an account with Chase and encourage them to ask for Santiago!!

I wanted to get a new credit card , but have my credit locked (i have my credit broken into twice huge pain ) i wanted to go in unlock my credit them get what they need & then lock it again simple ? (while i wait) made an appointment to do this , they canceled the appointment said i had to do this online , unlock it email or call them when i had done so, this is how my credit got used by someone else before , just not helpful at all didn't want to listen why i wanted to do it my way

We worked with Santiago in the Chase Trinity Florida branch after moving from Michigan. His expertise in meeting our banking needs is very much appreciated. We depend on him to tie up any loose ends and he comes through every time. Remember the days when banks made it their mission to have happy customers. Those days are back, at least with Santiago and Trinity Chase Bank.

Yesterday I deposited cash with them. It was the worst experience ever. Worst tailor ever. Christina who says she is 30 years old according to what she told me. After I deposited $6000 cash into my account and another $5000 cash into the other and put the money in her drawer - they are treating me as if I stole the money and asked for my social security. I declined and canceled everything and they returned my cash again. I spoke to the mamager - a man and a woman both said that they were the manager - no one apologized or did anything. This is not the first time this occurred at this branch, it is my second time experiencing this at the same branch. If you are a colored person - avoid this branch at all costs.

Worst experience ever, especially in this branch. I complained to customer services before a few months ago & nothing change,same rude employees & manager.I use the ATM machine to do the cash deposit to avoid this rude people.I hope someone in corpot investigate Trinity branch to see what's going on there!!!!!

Unhappy with my current place of banking and was considering switching to chase. Went in to talk to someone to get more info on personal and business accounts. After standing there for over 10 minutes same client still at window. Two employees walked right past me and didn’t even acknowledge me in any way shape or form. I don’t get great customer service at my current institute, but at least it’s better than NO customer service. I will not be wasting my time switching to Chase!
