“What best describes a Dollar Tree shopping trip? The store is always clean, though there might be stacks of product in the isles, waiting to be put on the shelves.What was here last time might have been sold out before this visit, so the "do they have..." questions are incredibly difficult to answer. Keeping in mind that a lot of their inventory is bought as close-outs of someone else's inventory and you begin to understand the "I don't know" answers. Even calling the store is trumped by going there.That all said, because I never know exactly what they will have, I love shopping here!!!”

“I hit this DG regularly for certain things because it's the cheapest/best deal and close to home. I know most of the staff by sight and some of them recognize me and say hi! The regular long time employees are always really helpful when needed. Got to sign up for the extra special deals and really save!”

“I would like to recognize Debbie, the store manager, for providing exceptional customer service. I visited the store to make a purchase using a specific combination of coupons that should have resulted in a certain total, but in the past I have often had difficulty getting everything to work correctly.
Debbie was incredibly patient and took the time to help me figure out exactly what was causing the issue. She never seemed rushed or frustrated and worked with me until we found the solution. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful experience a very positive one.
During our conversation, I learned that Debbie had not had a good morning and had even been involved in an accident that left her sore and uncomfortable. Despite that, she maintained a positive attitude, treated me with kindness and respect, and continued to provide outstanding customer service.
It is easy to be pleasant when everything is going well, but Debbie demonstrated true dedication to her customers by showing up with a smile and a willingness to help despite having a difficult day herself. “Alot of stuff...look like they need help as freight was everywhere. From piled up in back to on the floor staged which made it a little dangerous as I had to make sure I looked down so I didn't trip over boxes. Cashier was nice.”
“Found all I was looking for at affordable prices. Will return again for all my household items like paper towels and dish detergent. I even found one of my favorite cleaners it's red and smells so good. if you're on a budget like me Dollar General is great . They are not like the big boys like Wal-Mart!! But if you can live with the basic. then there the store for you. Between them and the dollar tree .there prices are not bad .they have a little of everything .accept meats and produce. but if you know how to shop .that's even better!! However, for people who are really trying to stretch a dollar like me, you would be surprised what you can do if you try. If you walk in Wal-Mart you can spend a fortune in no time, money you don't have. I would rather shop at dollar General and dollar tree then Wal-Mart any day!!”

“This is a very nice and neat I mostly come here to collect new hot wheels for my wall. The only time that I had a bad interaction was with a young lady that was probably 19 or mid 20s and she had two people online and I was in the back of the line and the register number two that I went to number one and she said that I was not welcome because she was going on break but then when I went back to number two she came back, apparently after break, tearing up more than three people, but that was only about interaction. People are nice in there very nice some boxes everywhere, but not like and walkways the overall four out of five stars because for the hot wheel wheels.”
“Eddie the manager was very cordial and direct with where I needed to find a specific item and even gave the courtesy of telling when it would be back in stock as I was in a rush and super tired and was asking him a bajillion questions. He deserves a raise. I even had an issue checking out with the coupon and the young lady looked fairly new and he spoke very kindly to his employees. It's always nice seeing that in retail. Keep up the good work bud!”

They $1.25, now there are different price points throughout the store. Can be very frustrating. Still, Dollar Tree is always my first stop for any and all household and family products.”

She was handling a long line of customers completely on her own, and despite the pressure, she stayed calm, efficient, and incredibly kind to everyone. Even with a manager calling out from behind, she never lost her composure or let it affect how she treated customers.

“Dollar General is my go to all in one shop, especially on days when I'm in a hurry. Same brands as other department & grocery stores but cheaper & I use their app to clip their digital coupons. Every Saturday they have a spend $25 get $5 off. I get my makeup, hair dye, medicines, dog bones, dog food, rawhides, coffee, all kinds of food & even socks & T-shirts. Photos are examples of my Christmas decorations from Dollar General ? Huge THUMBS UP ??”
“Recently stopped at this Dollar General. Have never really shopped at one before, but need a couple of items and did have time to go to a big store. Amazing the vast number of products they have at great prices. The funniest and one of the nicest sales people I have ever was Mary. Management needs to recognize her for her friendliness and customer service. I must say, she made my day. If we are in the area again and need something fast, we will stop at this Dollar General.”

“Cashier was kind. But I walked in at 8:50 and she said they closed at 9 (this was on a Wednesday). I told her I would be quick. I got my item but there were 2 others in the store and one pulling up as I left. The hours listed are definitely incorrect.”
