“A+++ experience at this store. Sonya, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. She set us up with their free in-home design service so we could decide what looked best in our space. Kirsten, the designer, showed up to our house on time and brought fabric samples and took pictures and measurements. A few days later, we met with Sonya and Kirsten in the store to review their recommendations. Unfortunately, we had to bring our very active 4 year old to the meeting so I thought I would be too distracted to make decisions. In steps Natalie, another salesperson at this location, to save the day. She kept our daughter entertained for two hours while we made all the necessary choices. We can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive and we’re sure it will look great in our home because we’ve already seen how it all goes together on Kirsten’s virtual set-up. Now my daughter keeps asking if we can go back to LaZBoy because she had such a great time with Natalie 😂. Obviously LaZBoy has quality furniture but it’s the people at this location that make it worth a trip in.”

Would love to see the dressing rooms in the back to be utilized. Although I am sure loss prevention does not allow for it on a permanent basis. More discounts would be great as well, such as military, first responders and teachers. Senior discount is only available once a week, why not give those, who serve, at least one day a week as well? Food for thought for those who are involved in policy charge.”
