βI've never given a publix review bc the stores are great. However, at this location the associate Carter was such a beyond and above experience. Helped me find what I needed, and so sweet to myself and my son , thank you Carter!β
βI mean it's a Publix. Where shopping is a pleasure. Beautiful store. Can get crowded bc of that. Check your product labels before putting them in your cart in case you have to self checkout. It can get busy! Aisles can get crowded too and some people are in a hurry and not too cheerful. Grateful for Publix!:)β

βThis place is a great little market to get amazing fruits, the key-lime cookies are delicious, flavored butters are great, a variety of drinks and other stuff. We always go back for their boiled peanuts. The owners are super friendly, helpful and welcome everyone in.β

βThis is a nice, clean, and inviting store to shop. They had everything we needed, including fresh produce, a deli and sandwich bar, and everything else you expect from a really nice Publix. I actually made the drive to this one after a not so great experience at another location. Totally worth the extra miles!β

βFor some reason, Publix in Connertton does not have a good selection, maybe due to it's small square footage. This publix was much larger, with a great selection. Reminding me of the Publix on Collier Blvd. I'm always amazed at the friendliness of publix employees. Always helpful going the extra mile for their customers. This store was no exception, the customer experience is very pleasant. And the stores are always clean.β
βI really want to shout out the store manager Will, a couple of weeks back I noticed a lady had dropped fruits on the floor ( it was a mess and someone could've trip on that) I saw Will and mentioned about it and offered to help clean, he immediately jump tonthe area and when I looked he was just picking everything up with bare hands and I said Sr I help you and he said I got it. I just want to say not a lot of managers would've act the same way. He really took care of it without hesitate. Thank you.β

βJust had a store-wide issue with the registers (couldn't read credit cards for multiple people), but Jay and Nate did their best to make sure I was able to leave with my groceries and not feel embarrassed. Solid dudes. We already love Aldi, but they made it feel a little more welcoming.β
βIdeal shopping. If you are not able to locate an item. Ask any associate, they will take you direcly to your product. Unlike other stores whose employees just point or send you to aisle 4. Customer services is outstanding.β

βMy and my friend Ryan, visited the Publix Liquor today and met the clerk, Ryan. He was knowlegeable, friendly very helpful to us in picking the correct products. We chatted about rums and bourbons. What a great guy. Even though I live in Safety Harbor, I’ll be skipping the other Publix liquor stores closer to my house in favor of this store, just because of Ryan. He is a true asset to the company. I hope the corporation realizes this and retains Ryan for years to come.β

βShe told me her name was Natalie...she was stocking the shelves. I asked her where the pineapples in a jar were. (I wanted to make the viral tik-tok koolaide pineapples) She stopped what she was doing and walked me over to where the pineapples were and then also showed me where the drink mixes were. Above and beyond costumer service!!! A wonderful representative of your grocery store.β

βI love this Aldi and shopping selection employees are always nice and helpful * Only issue I have is the two scammers sitting out side pretty much harassing us for money when we come to shop and today there was a female an male together he tried to be intimidating to me and my kids because he seen I was an only female with three kids I am reporting this to the store hopefully something can be done if not an they are still there I will be taking further action on my own because no one should feel unsafe to get groceries and I shop here because Iβm not rich so I donβt need to be begged for my money I work for mines and I have my own family to care forβ

βDee was phenomenal at the Sandwich counter on 8/24. She was super friendly, made our sandwiches EXACTLY how we wanted and even let us try some sauces we’ve never tried. Her recommendations were A1 and we had a wonderful experience. If you ever run in to Dee, show her some love!!! Wonderful employee!!β

βThis store has some of the nicest customer service people and at self checkout. I always leave on a positive note. No one is ever rude or seems angry to be there as some other larger stores can be. I never leave feeling aggravated or ignored. Their bakery also is wonderful. Calypso cookies are my favorite there!β
