“I would recommend THIS location at 5631 US 19, Newport Richey, but I will NEVER recommend UHaul as a whole after what it seems Corporate put me through. I specifically chose THIS location, based on not only it being directly in between the 2 storage units I needed to move, but more-so, because since I needed to move a motorcycle, they were helpful in helping me decide the best option since my tow hitch was bumper attached, not frame, so I needed a truck. I went online and picked that store, but apparently, UHaul decided they know what location is closer to me, which was not the case, and the 7-11 they sent me too, didn't even have the keys for the truck for me, causing serious frustration and delays. Do NOT pick for a customer in the future, just to satisfy YOUR needs of rotating trucks. Not a good policy at all, but the location I did get it at was great! Seriously, UHaul should not be trying to dictate where to go, and let the customer choose, especially when it was a gas station where no one even had a clue where the keys were, and the person in charge NEVER showed up!!! The 5 stars are ONLY for this location, but Uhaul corporate rates zero stars.”

“When we arrived our trailer was clean and ready for us. Check in went well and we were in and out quite quickly. The owner was so nice and helpful. He gave us some tips and tricks and made sure the trailer was seated properly. Love this guy!”
“I’ve had a unit with this company for about a year. They have clean facility I’ve had no problems with any kind of pests or anything in my unit. The employees are friendly and quick to help with any issues. Very secure 24 hour access.

“This U-Haul location has it together! Had my u box dropped off here, it came 7 days early!! They put it inside their unloading area where I had so many days to unload it. It was so simple to use one of the many carts they had available to take my personal belongings from the U box directly to my storage unit or my car. The building was very clean, well lit, easily accessible right up to the front door, never had problems with enough parking, and in 1.5 years the elevator to the second floor was down for a few days. I can't say enough about the efficiency, accessibility, and ease of using this U-Haul had been in a moving and storage transition.”
