“This UPS store is the best around. I live about 25-30 minutes away, and I will drive out of my way to go to this specific location. The customer service is impeccable. We have had yard signs, business cards, and flyers printed by them. Turn around time was quick and exactly what I needed. We also go to them for Amazon returns and have used them for notarizing a document! Tracy helped us design our door hangers and other prints for our business and executed our ideas perfectly. This store is a well oiled machine!!! Won’t go anywhere else. Thank you store 7048. We appreciate you!”
“Joe, the owner of Goin Postal has always been the best person to go and see when it comes to your shipping needs! I have been going for years to him when shipping items out and his knowledge and honesty goes a long way! I had to stop by a different place (UPS store on Alderman) and I was quoted $52 for a two pound item in a small box. I immediately left the UPS store as they said it was the “shape” of the box that made it expensive. I went and saw Joe instead and it was only $20! Stupid me should have know to drive the extra distance and go see Joe instead. Thank you Joe for your honesty!!! Always a pleasure to do business with you.”

“Hands down my preferred UPS location. I cannot say enough good things about the crew who works here! I am in often for work and have always seen a smile on their faces even when they are visibly busy. Even with a line in my experience, the wait is never more than 5 mins, even during the holidays. This particular location really spoils their clients with their delightful customer service and willingness to help. Recently, I returned a box that was just a bit too big for me to move alone, no problem at all for them! They helped me get the box out of my car and carried it inside! I would love to gate keep them for myself but they truly make this task much easier!”

“I have already referred it to several people I live in an extended stay motel and they do not have post office service or a street address I can use. The people in this store are extremely polite nice kind thoughtful I couldn't be happier. I used to work in the same plaza years ago before buying my own business at the opposite end of the street. The people in this particular store as I said go over and above keeping from locking up before the hours they've even stayed a minute late for me to get what I needed done! They have a wonderful attitude and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this service”

“I just opened my first business in March and this store has been my go to for everything from wrapping my vehicle to business cards and flyers. Their graphic designer Jay is always on top of everything with fast turn overs and very helpful and witty! Feels tightly ran however friendly at the same time. Things are scary for a first time business owner and I appreciated the staff’s patience and help! 11/10 Highly recommend”

“I've been working with this location for over two years and I cannot say enough about how friendly their staff is. During the pandemic - knowing that I am high risk - they offered to bring my mail to my car so I limited exposure. When I have a business parcel to be mailed or tracked, they treat it as their own.While so many companies feel like they just don't care, this store takes the time to make you feel like they value you as a customer. I highly recommend using this location.”
