Not just the owner (who is often on site), but her employees take the effort to answer your questions, pack your important shipments carefully, and provide good customer service.
Everyone answers your questions patiently- over the phone or in person. This kind of excellent customer service is a breath of fresh air. I will be back, and recommend the store highly to anyone requiring high fidelity shipping and tracking services.”

When dropped off here, takes FOREVER for it to start tracking between the multiple daily mail carrier pick ups and having to get to the actual post office before it gets scanned...”
