Small looking shop on the outside, though very deceiving as it's HUGE on the inside. I absolutely recommend coming here to buy your pet products before ever going to other pet store chains. “This little store packs a lot in. They have a good selection of dog and cat treats, toys, and food. They even had Fromm, my dog's food! The store has a little counter with baked dog treats and a good selection of pet themed décor. I wish they were open a bit later, so I could go after work.”

“I lived in this area for years and never knew this place was here. It's such a great pet store. Lots of inventory, they've got everything from reptiles to snakes, to cats ,dogs , horses, pigs ,cows, you name it, and they got the inventory for it. Plenty of parking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Support your local small business.”

There is always a small hand written note from shop on packing list, that boils down to a thanks for being a customer which greatly appreciate, gives it a more personal feel knowing I'm not ordering from some faceless corporation.”

“Clean store with a plentiful supply of goods. The staff were very friendly and able and willing to help. There was a large line waiting to check out when we arrived but they handed it quickly.They had a team n doing adoption just outside the store with some really cute pups. They also do a very good job with collecting proceeds for the local shelters.”
“Hey there this store now has a new manager from The Clermont store & she is working hard at trying to improve things & she is willing to take any suggestions you would like to offer so if you have not been here in the past 6 months try to give them another chance. Staff is very friendly & many folks & fur babies are enjoying the bath area. It is very clean & organized. So give this store a try!”

“I stopped in here to pick up a few things and ended up purchasing the few things I stopped in for and a few more things. They do have a great selection here and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, there was a steady flow of traffic so can't understand the poor rating its seems a few of the negative reviews are reactive and were maybe written prior to following up and allowing corporate to help resolve their issue. I will definitely return here when in the area if I need to grab a few items.”

“We adopted Hailey, she's an Amstaff. She went through the training program with the prison system, and what an absolute angel she is. We've had several small dogs and decided to take on a much bigger dog. We will be doing this again!!”
