“First time bringing my car here. The reaction and timing when starting my engine was getting slower and weaker recently, so thought I'd be proactive about it. The place I normally go to had no openings for at least a week. After searching Google for a place with high ratings, this one came up. Plus it's close to my residence. Anyway, they were able to take my vehicle in immediately. Diagnosed the problem being a weak battery, and got a new one within a short period of time. No "new and unexpected" problems arose when my car was being inspected, which is typical at most auto repair shops. Not the case here. They were specific, quick, and did a quality job. The best part was being quoted a fair price, which I saw in many other reviews. Will definitely be returning here again for maintenance and solving any other future issues. Highly recommend this place.”

“Hands down the nicest body shop I have ever seen. All the staff and personnel were absolutely professional and courteous. They made me feel like family and gave me the confidents and understanding of the whole insurance claim and repair process. They continued to reach out to me every step of the way via email and phone calls, keeping me up to date and guiding me through the whole process. I even received a call from the owner himself to ease my uncertainty! Unfortunately, the insurance company totaled my car which was out of DB Orlando Collison’s control. I was very disappointed with the outcome as you could imagine. Even though my car was not repaired by DB Orlando Collision I would absolutely use them if I needed repair work done in the future. If you want an honest and caring shop this is the place for you. 5 Stars to the whole DB Orlando team!”

My son attends UCF 3rd year and last year we had an overheating problem and the owner talked me through everything I am 300+ miles away and the owner didn’t take advantage of us as he could have. This week of course 4 days before driving home for Christmas check engine lights ABS lights traction control lights all came on and Abdel I think is the owner had put Cherokee on scanner and found a code and cleared it and said try this sometimes a glitch happens. If if doesn’t work come back and we will get you fixed before the weekend. And lo and behold yesterday morning it started again. My son got it to shop before noon Thursday and Friday morning work complete and was very fair on price. I will definitely share this business name around campus. “If you are looking for an auto shop you can trust, this is the place to go! I brought in my car for an inspection and was extremely happy with the customer service, honesty, and integrity of this shop. I had been having some issues with creaking and some lights on my dash and the dealership dismissed me stating nothing was wrong. Marty’s Auto Works was thorough and extensive in their inspection, and got back to me within only a few hours of dropping off the car. They were honest in telling me the cost of repairs was not worth fixing and I should spend my money toward a new car. The didn’t even charge me for the inspection when all was said and done.Chris was the advisor that helped me set up the inspection and John was the service technician who inspected the car. I spoke to both when picking up my car and could tell they both genuinely want what is best for their customers. They were not interested in taking my money when they could have easily charged me for the inspection/repairs and sent me on my way. They spent time with me explaining what I should look out for in my next car, which makes/models they recommend, and even offered to inspect my next car before purchase if it was preowned.I did end up purchasing a brand new Hyundai Elantra so I hopefully will not have any issues for a long time, but if I ever need any work done later on this will be where I return. I have been recommending them to everyone I know as they are honest and trustworthy, upfront and fair with pricing, and also offer discounts for healthcare workers and first responders. While my experience with this shop was brief, I cannot say enough good things about them and would absolutely trust them with my car in the future.”

Dennis was welcoming and helpful when we dropped off the minivan. I received timely text message updates while the minivan was being serviced. “I have used Mahoney's several times. This last time, the other day, my tire's valve stem had broke and my tire was flat. My brother was able to put air in the tire but was uncertain if I would make it home as the tire was slowly leaking air. I was close to Mahoney's, called and they were able to fix it even though they were close to closing for the day. It didn't take long to fix but the fact that they took me in and did stay a bit past closing shows how much they were willing to help when it was needed. It is hard to find an honest and good mechanic. Mahoney's is it!”

“Kilgore's is my guardian angel. My car had been overheating and I felt the smartest thing to do was take it to a mechanic near work. The bad mechanic replaced my radiator, oil cooler, oil pressure sensor and water pump $3,555.00 later. A week later the check engine light came back on. We took my "sick Wrangler to Mr. Ron and Damian". Little did I know my Wrangler was so close to death. The bad mechanic did not tighten clamps or do anything he should have.
