When we mentioned we had a wedding to attend on Saturday, Josh said the car would be ready for pickup between 12–1 PM. That already would have been great, but after we left, Josh called to let us know they were going to finish everything the same day so we wouldn’t have to worry about running around tomorrow to pick up the car. There are certain people whose sincerity you can feel before you ever meet them, and Jerry is one of those people. From our very first phone conversation, I immediately felt that he was honest, direct, warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me—not simply making money from my situation. Even though he undoubtedly speaks with countless customers, when I called, he knew exactly who I was and exactly what was happening with my car. There was no shuffling through paperwork or asking me to repeat everything. That level of personal attention is rare.

I brought my car in believing it had a problem that could have cost me close to $2,000. Jerry could easily have taken my word for it, performed that repair, and charged me accordingly. Instead, he went the extra mile to diagnose the vehicle properly and discovered that the actual problem was something entirely different. The repair ended up costing approximately one-third of what I had expected. That alone speaks volumes about his integrity.

Because I trusted him, I also asked him to inspect my brakes, which I believed were due for service. Once again, Jerry did not simply take my word for it or replace everything unnecessarily. He inspected them himself, explained exactly what needed to be replaced and what did not, and completed only the work my car genuinely needed.

When I picked up my car, I had the pleasure of meeting Jerry, his wonderful wife, and even their dog. They are truly fabulous people. We chatted, I told them about my own business, and I left them a small sample of what I do. Jerry actually called me while I was driving home just to tell me how much they enjoyed it. That thoughtful gesture was the perfect ending to an already heartwarming experience.

From beginning to end, there was no pressure, no hassle, no games, and none of the anxiety people often associate with car repairs. There was simply honesty, excellent work, kindness, humor, and genuine human connection.

I sincerely hope I never have to see Jerry again—and I mean that in the very best possible way, because seeing him would probably mean something else is wrong with my car! Bonus points that they have dogs running around the property (that being said, if you’re afraid of dogs maybe steer clear because they are very friendly and will absolutely come up to say hi). I went in for a specific issue, and that’s what they diagnosed and fixed. They didn’t come back at me with a long list of repairs unrelated to my problem, which is typically my experience with mechanics. Robert seems like a stand up guy and kept the price reasonable for the amount of work done.”

“This was my initial visit. Brought my car in for an oil change. They also suggested because of the year and I had just purchased a used car that was almost 20 years old they suggested flushing the fluids including the coolant and brake lines. They did all of that for an extremely reasonable price where it would not have been worth my while to do it myself and car was ready when promised. They also gave it a full going over initial purchase inspection. This is now my new mechanic great privately owned shop highly recommended I will definitely be back with my other vehicles.”
