“I called Christian Brothers Automotive because two different people I trusted recommended them. They were super helpful from the very beginning with referring me to someone for a tow, and then throughout the whole process of helping me understand what was going on with my car. Their communication was excellent and the link that had the diagnostic and pictures was super helpful. I also called several times to ask questions and they were very patient with me!”

“We brought our car in earlier today because it was making a noise every time we accelerated. The technicians quickly diagnosed the problem—it was the alternator. When we mentioned we had a wedding to attend on Saturday, Josh said the car would be ready for pickup between 12–1 PM. That already would have been great, but after we left, Josh called to let us know they were going to finish everything the same day so we wouldn’t have to worry about running around tomorrow to pick up the car. We just picked it up and it runs perfectly! Huge thank you to Josh and the entire team at Pep Boys in Oviedo for the outstanding customer service and for going above and beyond. Highly recommend!”

“If I could give Jerry and his shop more than five stars, I absolutely would. There are certain people whose sincerity you can feel before you ever meet them, and Jerry is one of those people. From our very first phone conversation, I immediately felt that he was honest, direct, warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me—not simply making money from my situation. Even though he undoubtedly speaks with countless customers, when I called, he knew exactly who I was and exactly what was happening with my car. There was no shuffling through paperwork or asking me to repeat everything. That level of personal attention is rare. I brought my car in believing it had a problem that could have cost me close to $2,000. Jerry could easily have taken my word for it, performed that repair, and charged me accordingly. Instead, he went the extra mile to diagnose the vehicle properly and discovered that the actual problem was something entirely different. The repair ended up costing approximately one-third of what I had expected. That alone speaks volumes about his integrity. Because I trusted him, I also asked him to inspect my brakes, which I believed were due for service. Once again, Jerry did not simply take my word for it or replace everything unnecessarily. He inspected them himself, explained exactly what needed to be replaced and what did not, and completed only the work my car genuinely needed. When I picked up my car, I had the pleasure of meeting Jerry, his wonderful wife, and even their dog. They are truly fabulous people. We chatted, I told them about my own business, and I left them a small sample of what I do. Jerry actually called me while I was driving home just to tell me how much they enjoyed it. That thoughtful gesture was the perfect ending to an already heartwarming experience. From beginning to end, there was no pressure, no hassle, no games, and none of the anxiety people often associate with car repairs. There was simply honesty, excellent work, kindness, humor, and genuine human connection. I sincerely hope I never have to see Jerry again—and I mean that in the very best possible way, because seeing him would probably mean something else is wrong with my car! But if my car ever does need attention again, there is absolutely no question about where I will take it. Jerry has earned my complete trust, my gratitude, and my highest possible recommendation.”

“Baywash Services did an amazing job cleaning my car! They shampooed the interior so well that it honestly feels like a brand-new car again. I had so many old stains from having a child, and I didn’t think they’d come out, but they did an incredible job. You can really tell they put a lot of love and care into their work. I’m beyond happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”

“I have two Porsches and three Lexus but I’ve never had a BMW before. I know very little about the car other than what I read but before I made an $80,000 purchase on a used BMW M8 I wanted professionals to check it out. I found this company by asking ChatGPT. This was definitely the right choice. The guys at PSI were excellent. Super friendly, very knowledgeable I think they did a very thorough job. They gave me the exact information that I needed to hear. They advised me not to buy this car because of all the current and previous problems they found. Spending a few hundred dollars with them saved me from making a mistake that would have cost me $80,000 upfront plus tens of thousand dollars and repairs in the future. I would recommend these guys because I’m certainly going to use them again if I consider purchasing another BMW.”

Service advisor John Z was very professional and kept me posted on repair status. First time at this repair shop and so far has been an excellent .”

“This was my initial visit. Brought my car in for an oil change. They also suggested because of the year and I had just purchased a used car that was almost 20 years old they suggested flushing the fluids including the coolant and brake lines. They did all of that for an extremely reasonable price where it would not have been worth my while to do it myself and car was ready when promised. They also gave it a full going over initial purchase inspection. This is now my new mechanic great privately owned shop highly recommended I will definitely be back with my other vehicles.”

“I’ve only been here once and was pleased with my experience. Bonus points that they have dogs running around the property (that being said, if you’re afraid of dogs maybe steer clear because they are very friendly and will absolutely come up to say hi). I went in for a specific issue, and that’s what they diagnosed and fixed. They didn’t come back at me with a long list of repairs unrelated to my problem, which is typically my experience with mechanics. Robert seems like a stand up guy and kept the price reasonable for the amount of work done.”

“Mr Lewis was extremely honest, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He was able to come directly to us for our car repair and did it for HUNDREDS less than what we were quoted at Pep Boys. And he did SO much more work than what they were going to do! We will be calling him for any car issues we may have in the future. What a God send he was for us. 1000% recommend. Thank you Mr Lewis!”

“I recently brought my car into Superior Auto because my a/c was blowing hot air. Jay and Jason have always taken great care of my car in the past, and this visit was no different. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and take the time to clearly explain what needs to be done. They gave me an honest estimate and stuck to it—no surprise fees or upselling. My car was ready sooner than expected, and it's been blowing cold air ever since. It’s rare to find a place that combines great service, fair pricing, and genuine care for their customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable auto repairs!”

“I love Tibbits! I’ve been coming here for the past 11 years and have always had a great experience. They’re honest and straightforward! I’ve never been overcharged and they never work on something without calling first to explain what is going on and ask if you’d like the service. They have great customer service - they remember you and your car and are quick to help. Yesterday Randy even went out in the rain to bring my car under an overhang when it was downpouring so I didn’t have to get wet. Very thankful for these guys! Feels like family taking care of your car!”

“great experience! called them to confirm the price and asked if they were busy and they said no. Headed there and was out in less than 15 minutes. I did not even have to leave my car. “Ethan provided me with exceptional service. I needed a battery for my 2014 Honda CR-V as it was failing. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes with a brand new battery installed and the price was very reasonable. Ethan also explained the warranty terms as well very thoroughly to me. This store has great customer service and are very professional and understanding as I needed the battery in a rush. Great place for all battery related needs.”

“We cannot say enough about the professionalism, communication, and exceptional customer service we received from AutoNation Collision Center in Oviedo. What should have been a seamless process with our insurance company became much more complicated than expected. Ms. Charleen Wilson, Collision Estimator, and Mr. David Breslin, General Manager, went above and beyond to assist us throughout the process. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to step up when we needed help navigating a difficult insurance situation. We were also extremely impressed by the specialized technicians and their certifications in repairing and calibrating the advanced systems on these vehicles. They were committed to ensuring our vehicle was structurally safe, properly repaired, and that all of the vehicle's safety sensors and calibration systems were functioning as they should. Unfortunately, there were repairs and necessary work that our insurance company would not initially approve, but Charleen and David continued to assist us, explain the issues, and help us understand what was necessary to properly and safely restore our vehicle. Their willingness to advocate for the right repair and their commitment to our safety meant so much to us. Charleen, David, and the entire team demonstrated that they genuinely care about doing the repair correctly and ensuring their customers feel supported throughout the process. Their communication, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. AutoNation is fortunate to have people like Charleen and David who exemplify exceptional customer service and professionalism. We highly respect and recommend AutoNation Collision Center in Oviedo.”

They even saved my water bottle that I’d left behind! Truly top-notch customer service—friendly, efficient, and caring. Five stars all the way!”
