“Called in Friday afternoon for a front wheel bearing replacement on my 2015 Ford C-Max Energi and they got me in Monday morning. A few hours later they called me to confirm it was the bearing, and also mentioned a few other things they recommended. I declined, and they were not pushy at all. By the end of the day, they had my car back running smoothly for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend coming here.”

“I have been looking for a BMW shop other than a dealership. I have had bad experiences with dealerships. I found PSI and I decided to give them a try. Let me say, I am very impressed with my car after the repairs. They treated me with respect and kept me informed of the progress of the work on the car. I now hope I have no more issues with the car and then get to use PSI again next year for more upgrades.

“I’ve only been here once and was pleased with my experience. Bonus points that they have dogs running around the property (that being said, if you’re afraid of dogs maybe steer clear because they are very friendly and will absolutely come up to say hi). I went in for a specific issue, and that’s what they diagnosed and fixed. They didn’t come back at me with a long list of repairs unrelated to my problem, which is typically my experience with mechanics. Robert seems like a stand up guy and kept the price reasonable for the amount of work done.”
“Listen yall, my car was so messed up the reverse was literally going forwards with no acceleration, the car couldn’t start, they fixed it like new and gave me as much of a discount that they could and literally got it done in a day in half, if you want the best deal and fastest repair around please go to this place, super friendly guys and girls here”

“Stopped in today to get a couple of batteries for my key fobs for the car. And Jordan bent over backwards to help me. I didn't even know how to open the fob and my husband and I both have looked at it extensively. And he popped it right open and explained the steps. He made it look so easy. It's great to finally have good customer service at a store again. After covid it seems like the world's turned upside down and a lot of times they act like you should be happy they're there to serve you. That was definitely not the case today.
