I was having issues with my Mazda 2012, and thought it was probably the alternator was done, when he started working on it he figured out it was just a belt had gone off from a broken tension rod. Saved me a few hundred bucks, and the car is driving better than it has in about a year. Also, fixed it day of within a couple hours”

Steve was very friendly over the phone and walked me through what my car needed and things to keep in mind before the next visit. Very affordable and will not upcharge with unnecessary work. With how busy this mechanic shop is be prepared for a long wait if all you're doing is an oil change. Dropped my car off around 10:00am and did not finish until 5pm. Was not prepared to sit in the office for that long but the waiting area is beautiful!”

I arrived with an unknown tire issue and they were able to quickly identify the problem and offered a solution at a fair price. I called 30 mins before closing and was greeted by the nicest man who said it was alright and that they would take care of patching it. “I don’t know why anyone would take their vehicle needs anywhere else. This place is on point. Took my car here to get looked at. Appointment scheduled a few days later. When I picked up my car the mechanic who worked on my car greeted me and told me exactly what he did. He also helped me out by checking the rest of my exhaust and tac welded some of my other clamps making sure they were secure on other connections. I was a little skeptical in the beginning but now I see why they are so busy! They do greet work all around and look out for their customers. They treated me like I’ve been going there for years. (This was my first time coming here)”

They cleaned out all the bad oil, topped off all my fluids (which I'm certain were embarrassingly low),explained thoroughly and in a non salesman like way the oil services and which would be best for my high mileage vehicle. Joshua and Carlos (?) were great and another guy brought us cold bottles of water while we waited in our cars for our turn! How awesome and considerate! “Went there due to a screw in my tire. At a corporate place they told me it needed a new tire due to the location of the screw. At Royal one he looked at it and he said he will try to help. He removed the screw but it was not deep enough and no patch or replacement was needed it. He did not charge me. Thank you”

“The man called Zero is the amazing helpful man. I had a battery problem with my car and he came far away from the store for me and help me to replace for a new battery. He did everything in 40 minutes, all things are checked and replaced very good and fast. He saved my day and he is very good with car knowledge and BMW cars. Thank you, Zero. “I had a nail in my tire and they were able to get me scheduled within the hour. I showed up expecting to have to get a new tire but they informed me I only needed a patch, which was significantly more affordable (they also let me know my original tires were better than the new tire I would have gotten so it was all around a better situation). They explained everything thoroughly and got the work done quickly. I definitely recommend checking them out next time you need service on your vehicle.”
