Dear baby girl aka TJ Maxx Customer Service Reps (period - I know it’s hard out there ?‍↕️)

I went to TJ Maxx this afternoon after saying “I’ll just look…) and bought a pair of earrings, among other things that called out my name. ? They were absolutely lovely. Like an episode of Gilmore Girls - they said “autumn is here, YOU, need ME!” ? And who am I to fight that? I went right ahead and threw them in my cart. ???‍♀️ After shopping for a UNGODLY amount of time… I skoot my trolley towards checking out and get stuck looking at the impulse buy zone before I finally make it to cashier #4! Sweeter words have never been spoken, so I walk on up! Start paying for my stuff, and the cashier asks me if I have a TJX credit card and I respond, “Is it hot in Florida in July?! Girl of course I do! ? The cashier even kept saying how badly she liked them, even showing other employees them. By now, I hope you know I’m talking ‘bout my earrings. Anywho, before she gave me the last bag, she said the earrings were in the bottom of the bag, as they were “the most important part…” A bit odd but I moved on because those were MY EARRINGS gosh darn it! Finders keepers. Anyway… I went home and unpacked my newly bought items that I didn’t need but bought anyway because I have adult money, and boom, they are nowhere to be found. As a TJX credit card member (is that something to be proud of? IDK, but I love me a $10 reward certificate ??) I hate to speculate. ? I love me my TJ Maxx. However, she may have scanned them, had me pay for them and then kept them. ? I would too girl, like they were fire ? Anyway I digress… I went directly to my car and then home. They were gone. Checked the bags and my car several times over. My boyfriend wanted to know if I was OK… like no, I’m not OK! FINDERS KEEPERS… ? He asked me if I needed a hug, which I accepted as I cried. ? I DIGRESS… let me wrap this up! I have my receipt and everything. Were they 14.99$? Yes. Do I really wish I would have got them? YES! Actually so sad as they were so pretty. ? Anyway, still love my Tj Maxx. Just wish I had my dream earrings. Send me a PR package or something before ya take my SWEET 14.99$ earrings plz, for the love of God!”

“This was my first time visiting this Ross location. It was clean and fully stocked.

It's pretty much like any of the typical discount retailers in existence. There are a few things that does make Ross stand-out from the others.

They carry pet supplies, auto accessories (cleaning kits, floor mats, etc.), collectable toys, and art supplies. They also have a nice selection of fragrances (cologne/perfume).

Only drawback is that Ross's checkout lines are always really long, so checking out could take time.”
