Dear baby girl aka TJ Maxx Customer Service Reps (period - I know it’s hard out there ?↕️)
I went to TJ Maxx this afternoon after saying “I’ll just look…) and bought a pair of earrings, among other things that called out my name. ? They were absolutely lovely. Like an episode of Gilmore Girls - they said “autumn is here, YOU, need ME!” ? And who am I to fight that? I went right ahead and threw them in my cart. ???♀️ After shopping for a UNGODLY amount of time… I skoot my trolley towards checking out and get stuck looking at the impulse buy zone before I finally make it to cashier #4! Sweeter words have never been spoken, so I walk on up! Start paying for my stuff, and the cashier asks me if I have a TJX credit card and I respond, “Is it hot in Florida in July?! Girl of course I do! ? The cashier even kept saying how badly she liked them, even showing other employees them. By now, I hope you know I’m talking ‘bout my earrings. Anywho, before she gave me the last bag, she said the earrings were in the bottom of the bag, as they were “the most important part…” A bit odd but I moved on because those were MY EARRINGS gosh darn it! Finders keepers. Anyway… I went home and unpacked my newly bought items that I didn’t need but bought anyway because I have adult money, and boom, they are nowhere to be found. As a TJX credit card member (is that something to be proud of? IDK, but I love me a $10 reward certificate ??) I hate to speculate. ? I love me my TJ Maxx. However, she may have scanned them, had me pay for them and then kept them. ? I would too girl, like they were fire ? Anyway I digress… I went directly to my car and then home. They were gone. Checked the bags and my car several times over. My boyfriend wanted to know if I was OK… like no, I’m not OK! FINDERS KEEPERS… ? He asked me if I needed a hug, which I accepted as I cried. ? I DIGRESS… let me wrap this up! I have my receipt and everything. Were they 14.99$? Yes. Do I really wish I would have got them? YES! Actually so sad as they were so pretty. ? Anyway, still love my Tj Maxx. Just wish I had my dream earrings. Send me a PR package or something before ya take my SWEET 14.99$ earrings plz, for the love of God!”

Anghelo's was able to perform an alteration on a pair of older pants, which others told me was not possible. In addition to the his service being superior to his competitors—Anghelo himself— is a very kind and professional man. He cares about his business, the quality of work it puts out, and most importantly, he cares about his customers. Unfortunately, these qualities seem to be rare here in Miami. However, Anghelo holds himself to a much higher standard than the others; he is the anomaly.”

Not only were the guayaberas beautiful, the service was impeccable. They tailored the outfits within an hour, remembered to remove the tags so my young kids didn’t complain, pressed the shirts, and delivered them to us the same day. Incredible. Not many businesses are run like this these days. I wish they all were - the world would be a better place!”

She’s friendly, welcoming, and has an incredible eye — she always knows what will look good on me and remembers my size and fit perfectly. She makes shopping effortless and fun. She even keeps treats on hand for the neighborhood dogs, which tells you everything about how she cares for people (and their pups!).
The whole team treats customers with the same kindness and attention.
