It got even better when I arrived for my appointment, the employee at the desk was kind and patient as we looked at the different types of tint to make a decision on what would be best for us. When I picked up my vehicle, I was very pleased with the tint, it looks great! I would definitely return if I need windows tinted again”

“WOW, what a painless process. I was a little worried at first, I have a new car with all the fancy technology in the windshield so I was concerned that no one would have the glad for it. Becky answered the phone, helped with the insurance company, assured me they have the correct glass available , booked me a time slot ASAP, made sure to call me to remind me about the appt she truly made the experience exceptional. Now on to the technician Ezra, to which I asked for him personally. He has done several projects for me in the past from a sliding glass door, a previous windshield and even a window in a playhouse in my backyard. He always shows up on time, super professional, and complete the task on time and with a smile on his face. I could not ask for a better solution to all my glass problems. “I had an outstanding experience with Holmes Auto! I originally brought my car in for an oil leak that started right after a visit to one of those quick oil-change places. Not wanting to deal with them again, I chose Holmes on a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did. They quickly determined the oil filter had been improperly installed, but when the leak persisted after I got home, I gave them a call. Without hesitation, they sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. It turned out the real issue (or additional issue) was a cracked oil pan. Holmes immediately owned it, corrected the problem, and even covered the full cost, telling me they should have caught it the first time. That level of honesty, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction is almost unheard of these days. From Cami and Melissa at the front desk to Mike, every single person I dealt with was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making things right. “On a rainy Saturday I had a tire blow out. Went everywhere noon had my size. Came here and I needed a tire. They didn't have my size but a similar size. Being a single mother with little cash I took the tire and it was used but looked new. I needed a 205 but they had a 215. I would recommend this tire place to anyone. Very friendly people. “So, you are looking to replace your muffler, CC, or upgrade your pitiful OEM single exhaust system that sounds like mouse farts. These pro's can help. Don't expect to walk into a 'Midas Muffler' franchise with mindless automatons running around in yellow Dickies shirts. You are most likely to meet Samson (Standard Poodle, with all the "Y" equipment) gentle and friendly, but clearing standing guard, and his best bud. Once you pass the Samson sniff test, and are determined not to be a 'Terminator', one of the extremely competent performance specialists will help you match the perfect exhaust for your ride to your desires.
Planned to put on a Toyota OEM TRD Dual exhaust on my 2021 Tundra Platinum. But after exploring prices with retailers and local dealers, could not stomach the ~$2500 price tag. Consulted with Top Gun, they recommended the Borla XS Pro, dual-in, dual-out. Went with dual side exhaust and black stainless oval tips--at less than half the price. Result looks like the OEM TRD dual exhaust, and has the sound I wanted -- nothing loud at idle, slow rumble to throaty roar as you aggressively accelerate. Did not want obnoxious sound. Perfect match to my desired outcome. Thanks Top Gun!!”

“Amazing experience. I came to fort walton from st louis for vacation and began having car troubles. The guys at tire express referred me to majic muffler and when I called they said they were closing in 30 mins. I explained my situation and they agreed to take a peek at my car. The owner and mechanic were very accommodating and stayed late to replace the muffler on my van to ensure i had a safe trip back home to missouri. I cannot say enough good things about this place. “I just want to share my experience with tire Kingdom and they're wonderful employees. I went there because I was having a alignment problem they quickly put the car in the air and before they got too deep into anything they checked all of my tires balance. Found out that I had a couple of very bad unbalanced tires and my alignment was off. Within an hour or so they had the alignment done tires put back on everything perfectly aligned. And their prices are for sure the best prices I've seen in the city as far as doing the alignment work. I want to say thank you to the staff that helped me and provided me with the extra knowledge I needed to know about my car and how to fix it and keep it perfectly aligned. The whole staff there commitment to the job and service skills were impeccable thank you all so much.”

“Tim and the crew at AAMCO are top notch and deserve multiple 5 star ratings from me. I initially went there when my truck was facing transmission issues. They rebuilt my transmission saving me thousands compared to what the dealer quoted. I took my truck there 4-5 or more times for check engine lights and brakes issue. Every fix was very inexpensive and a few times Tim even fixed it for free. This is the most legit shop I have ever taken a vehicle to. I would recommend them to anyone, my mother and my grandmother.”

It is not just about being competent mechanics (they certainly are) or charging reasonable rates (they do). It is sometimes the small things, which reflect their exceptional customer service. I had an issue with my battery--a stuck clamp and terminal. Stopped by without an appointment, and Robert took time out of his busy day to have a look, and give me expert advice. He could have said he was too busy, for me to make an appointment, and to make some money helping me. But, instead, he was friendly and helpful. He helped me fix the problem. And, that is why we all continue to rely on Twin Cities Auto Service. No point in going elsewhere. Just go there and get great service.”
