“Excellent work! She did an amazing job altering my daughter’s prom dress that was too long, too big in hip area, and in need of a zipper repair. We went in around 3-4 weeks before prom, but she still managed to have it ready for us in plenty of time! I would highly recommend Paradise Alterations, and I will be back for any future alterations!”

“I just wanted the young man working today to know how thankful I was to him. I walked in a a bunch of other stores and the up down looks they gave me. I just came from my first job in my old clothes, my hair a mess, no make up. I know I was a hot mess. I was also shopping for something nice to wear to my daughters valentines dance. A dance I would not have my best friend with me this time because we lost her 3 weeks ago. So I’m on the verge of tears already. Of all the retail people I came across. He made me feel like a human being. I’m not poor. Probably looked it. Anyways, thank you for being what I needed today.”

“I don't know where to begin!!! I've been visiting FWB since 1991 at least 4-6 times a year and never made the time to visit. This lady June I went in and had a lovely shopping spree! All the ladies that work there are so sweet and welcoming. If Ir when, I get to move here, can you all be my friends?. The line of clothes I had never heard of but I am totally in love with the high quality of them. It's always a choice of which of the many outfits I love, to take home? It's not only the merchandise that's great but the sweetest, kindest ladies that make you feel like a part of the family there! I'll be back!!!!”

“Born and raised in Destin area. I moved out of state for work and everytime I visit home I stop by. I have found my new favorite hat. The one in the photo. “Ross is one of my favorite stores and the associates are generally helpful however today was different. I was looking for a heating pad and when I asked an associate in the back of the store she said "can you walk up front and ask them because I'm new here" That is a very unprofessional reply. The correct response would have been "I'm not sure but let me find out for you"I am having a total knee replacement next month so walking up to the front of the store just to ask a question was not an option for me. Needless to say I got what I needed from the store next door. Management should have a discussion with this this employee. This happened at approximately 12:15 PM on October 27, 2023 and she was working the bedding department. I'm giving you this information so you can speak with her so this doesn't happen again. Thank you”

The amount of theft that happens is ridiculous! The people that you have working in your theft department need to be retrained or you need to higher better employees to monitor the camera or have an undercover person in the store!The Cameras are useless!”

I told this young lady that she was the first person that was nice, polite, and friendly in all the stores on the walkway. “This is at the outlet mall right next to Tory Burch! The staff is very helpful. I'm plus size, which most of the time can be hard to find and shop for. I love that Francesca's goes up to a 3X. They had a large clearance section and I was able to get a body suit and dress for $20. Such a steal! Stop in here if you need some clothes. Great items, great prices, and great staff!”
