“I want to give a huuuuge shoutout to the two young men working tonight. (07/11/23)I came in later at night in a very vulnerable position. Vulnerable attire. As nervous as I was. The two gentlemen were very kind and understanding. The one that was helping me struck up a conversation at the checkout and we talked a little and he even complemented me on what I was wearing. The small back and forth chit-chat, the reassurance, and the best wishes he said really made me feel welcome and good about myself.I didn't catch your name, and I doubt if this young man will see this, but if you do... thank you.”
“Today, I had a pickup order. I hit the clearance racks as usual before making my way upstairs to customer service. When I retrieved my order, I opened it to check the sizing. (I've been losing weight.) The item was too large. Customer service was very helpful, allowing me to exchange the item right then. When it came time to check out, there was a line. I didn't have to wait more than three minutes. All of this was accomplished on my lunch break thanks to a clean, neatly organized store, and great service. Oh, and I earned $20 in Kohls cash!”

“While vacationing in Destin, on April 20th, I popped in as a pair of boots caught my eye in the window. I was greeted by Selena and immediately served with the boots that caught my attention. HUGE kudos to Selena for exceptional customer service! She served with great integrity as another customer wanted the boots I was trying on and tried to encourage her to take them from me. Selena stood firm that it was first come, first serve. Also, shout out to TJ! He was so personable and talked me into buying a second pair of boots for my Nashville trip. I am 47 years old and would normally not shop in the Buckle. Needless to say, customer sure did not disappoint and I will be back!”
“Found what I wanted. I came in looking for a day pack for cycling. Like a flea market, stuff in piles and bins... I had fun here.I saw mostly used gear - I didn't look at any clothing or boots - I dug around among the packs, duffels, vests, and utility/ammo belts & found a brand-new pack, just the right size for what I wanted. It was just $30. I enhanced my new pack with a coupla new patches (which they carry a lot of).I will be shopping here again when the need arises.?”
“i love their jeans and shirts. only thing is i wish they had different sections to click on in the drop menu to choose between low rise, mid rise and high rise because i don’t like high rise and ultra high rise, but that’s all i really see now :(”
“Łövé always the Clothes and Home goods. The Destin Store racks of women’s clothing definitely could be more organized. A lot of tops and sweaters were off hangers and all over the floor. One thing though, even though the lines were long for checkout. . . The cashiers moved quickly and were very friendly upon checking out!”

“I love the White House Black market clothing! I got a great fit and lots of customer service. A lot of times if you find something you absolutely love and it's not in your size they can order it for you if you ask them to. They are very helpful when you're trying things on to bring you other sizes. Is excellent customer service here! The clothing is quality for what you pay for and it lasts! There is a handicapped entrance to the store. It is in the outside mall.”
“The customer service at the Destin White House Black Market store is exceptional and rare. They are so helpful, and yet not pushy at all. It's obvious what lovely people these folks are because of the wonderful atmosphere and genuine smiles each and every time I'm in there. What's not to smile about though when you get to present gorgeous/timeless fashion to your customers. This winter's collection is absolutely gorgeous and figure flattering as usual. Love this place and the friendly people who work here!”

“The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They will exchange your clothing while you are in the fitting room if you need a different size. The clothes are higher end and they have great sales too. I also order online when home in WI because I do not have a Chicos near me.”
“Great experience! I brought my daughter in as she’s always having issues with sizing and the right fit. The associates were wonderful! I forgot the associates name that helped us the most but she spent so much time making sure we got a few perfect options before her shift was over. She was absolutely amazing and made it a 5 star experience. Definitely recommend!!!”
